First I'd like to say thanks to the kind words from you on looking forward to reading these. Really enjoy doing them. Makes Monday mornings a little easier!

I know why Loren likes reading these so much as he is usually basking in the glow of another win. This week is no exception as the Flyers have rewritten the record book once again putting up 131 in an all important Metropolitan matchup with Pittsburgh.

Goalie : Sergei Bobrovsky - Phoenix 3W 14 Fantasy Points

Forward : Mika Zibanejad - Montreal 4G 3A 13.48 Fantasy Points

Defense : Kevin Shattenkirk - Philadelphia 1G 3A 11.31 Fantasy Points

Rookie : Martin Jones - Boston 1W 1SHO 10.5 Fantasy Points

Team - Philadelphia - 131(New Record)

Last week's focus was on the Pacific Northwest in a rivalry matchup between Edmonton and Vancouver. The Canucks earned their second win of the season 69.55 behind the great Pavel Datsyuk who had 3G and 4A. Jimmy Howard and Jaroslav Halak had solid week's in goal for Vancouver each earning two wins. Oliver Ekman-Larsson led the Oilers with six points from the blueline. Elsewhere another week another razor thin matchup as the Rangers beat the Bruins by .3 of a point! Minnesota stayed within a game of upstart Dallas by besting Winnipeg by 3 points.

This week we take a look at Montreal-Boston. The Habs got off to a slow start but now have reeled off three straight wins. Boston meanwhile comes off that heartbreaking loss to the Rangers dropping them into 4th place in the bunched Atlantic Division. Will the Bruins be the end to the streaking Canadians?

And to have my team featured is pretty cool too, even if it was a loss.
