Exactly! OUTSIDE the church because they can't remarry in the church unless its been annulled. Therefore, the original marriage is still valid. |

Look I'm a huge Robert and Anna fan, but they are not still married legally. True Catholism does not recognize divorce, but in the eyes of the law they are not married. Robin is also not considered born out of wedlock or a bastard because she was not born before marriage. |

In this country. But not all. Some catholic countries -- where Catholicism is the state religion -- won't recognize a divorce unless it's accompanied by an annulment. |
