IMO the difference was that when john McBain showed up both Sam and Jason were changed at their core to try to make the so called connection of mcbam happen. Steve lost his leading lady and Jason lost his wife, his status as Sam's rock, his baby story, his action scenes, the birth of his baby with Sam which the pairing had wanted for years. John even wore Jason's color and leather jacket. It was pathetic how it happened. |

I ask again, the stelly mind set is lead with lead. So how does that work if SBu wanted more of a "supporting" role? Your post reads stelly wanted their lead story to be about them and it torqued them off it got hi-jacked by ME. |

So Steve had a problem with that? It seems a little petty to me to think that no other characters should wear black when that is one of the most popular colors for cops to wear. As far as characters being developed that happens all the time. When Jason went from q to Morgan, when Sam went from independent con woman to wanting to have a family. The big difference this time was that Sam was getting another male in her story, when previously only Jason was allowed to have other females in the story |

SAm talking to Spencer about being a good guy, honest and never telling a lie. I was like whoa that girl has changed. |

Yeah, that would be me too, at this point. Tried giving Burton the benefit of the doubt over the years, but the evidence of him being a selfish, self-centered prick was more overwhelming every time he opened his mouth as the years went by. |

He was very gracious when he invited ME to join "the guys" for his going away bash. He even thanked Easton for the lovely parting gift -- a copy of Easton's book. No Ego there. At all.
