Quoting limited to 3 levels deepWouldn't that depend on how much of a heads up they got? Especially if they film a month ahead
You laughing doesn't make it any less true. It made the rounds of every network programmer in the country as an example of what not to allow to happen. It is still cited as one of the worst examples of the relationship with sponsors being neglected. The viewers barely noticed but the sponsors certainly did. Ok

Quoting limited to 3 levels deepno growth
Ratings increased last week are we supposed to ignore that because it doesn't fit your agenda?
Ratings fluctuate week to week. Daytime ratings always dip in the Spring and Summer seasons and increase once fall season starts. Overall, all soaps are doing well on a quarterly basis. They regain the numbers they lost from the previous seasons during the Fall and Winter months. Especially in the September and November months when it coincides with primetime promotion and pitching for the new season. The only people that go around thinking the weekly numbers are something to brag about are crazy couple fans. That's funny since you are the only one who brought up couples.

The show should go up. They are moving in the big markets so they don't compete with Days and a couple of talk shows that are increasing in ratings. So when it does, I'm sure people will claim that the increase is because of the better show instead of reality.
They have some shitty lead ins though in some of the markets not sure it will be a good thing for then per se. Time will tell Los Angeles and Chicago are the biggest markets.
Guess what show is the lead in for GH in LA?
Rachel Ray.

So Liz is going to fall for Jason but won't know it's Jason until sometime down the road. I like it!
That would mean he would have to be around her and we can't have that. Viewers might get the wrong idea. Not true

None of the parties involved is at ABC.

Well I was surprised that Guza appeared to get away with it at the time. That shit lasted for 3 days on the screen. Pimping the competitor of one of GH's major sponsors. I was shocked.
I seem to recall Anne Sweeney being asked about it too.
If ABC eventually fired all of them at GH who were involved, that was certainly appropriate.
I can't believe it ever made it to the screen.

That's funny since you are the only one who brought up couples. So? it's the truth. The bitching and priding over weekly numbers are always couple fans. You don't see individual fans of characters going around saying because Sam or Carly were on that the ratings rose one day.

He sure did, Jasam will reunite
I don't know if they will reunite or not I just know what I already saw onscreen. We all saw things on screen that make no sense. All it takes is a stroke of a pen or in RC's case, a desire to break out of his rut.
