I may not be a Nina fan, but damn if I can't see that MS is really TRYING in her scenes with ME. He gives her absolutely nothing to work with and I think that sucks.
I think MS is really trying to convey Nina in all her crazy and I appreciate that. ME gives nothing to her or anyone else. The most engaged I've seen him was when Silas was talking to Franco about Nina after their sexcapade.

Just my opinion too. She doesn't have the presence or the body to be an avenger like her mother was. Anna was sexy and fit, like an 80s soap version of Emma Peel.
Yep. The main problem is that KMc has grown into a lumpy, dumpy middle-aged frump whose Robin looks and acts more like her "grandmother" Filomena than either Anna or Robert. Her next storyline should include a DNA test to make sure she wasn't switched with some bastard Soltini baby as an infant.
Some of the best stories over the years have been about a character's struggle to be like their parents or live up to their expectations, but coming to the conclusion that it is okay not to be like them, that it is better to follow one's own path.

In the real world a character like Robin might be a major force in an organization like Doctors Without Borders, but that doesn't translate well into a soap story of its own.

Wouldn't Carly's birthday be more relevant than LW's to normal fans? :uh-wtf I don't know any of the actor's birthdays. But then again, I don't know the character's birthdays either. :P

The only place Robin is a major force is at the Olive Garden.

Listen I am always stunned when I look at one of the actor's Twitter and see a pic of a huge floral thing or basket sent to them by fans. I mean it is nice but sorry I just do not get it :wonder

They had all the elements and history there to play those beats more with Robin. Robin didn't want a life in the mob because of what she witnessed as a kid. It drove storyline for her at one time. She also later wanted the stability of a family, which she didn't have as a kid. She wanted to give that to HER kid.

Unfortunately they just play PPs and don't dig deep enough into the characters.

They treat them like they know them personally. It's weird. And sending gifts to strangers making 6 figures and up will never be on my to do list.
