It's New York City Biggest city in the country. Always filled with tourists or artists, anyone with some kind of camera. I understand why it might be hard for you people in Peoria, Illinois and Waco, Texas to understand. |

No You are crossing a lane of oncoming traffic to get into another Lane. Turning right you are merely entering the closest lane, not crossing it, big difference. |
