History:

The United Kingdom was able to survive the collapse of the United States of American mainly due to it's strong relations around the world. During 2008 the Queen dissolved parliament and called for general elections. During the elections the Conservative Party under leadership from Tim Collins it managed to win a huge, absolute majority.

Over the next two years the Collins government was increasingly becoming tougher on foreign policy and such. Finally when the US collapsed the Collins government passed several quick security acts that basically dismantled many of the civil liberties the British had. The population was told that these acts were needed to protect national security in light of the loss of the US.

Prime Minister Collins promised that the Flame of Democracy would not fall with the loss of the United States, but that the United Kingdom would continue on the good fight against evil....
