THE FORUMS EXPLAINED! I will explain our clan forums based off of the four sections and give information as to what they are for and what information you can find for them. This is all in order so if there is a particular section/thread you want to know more about just do a bit of skim reading and scrolling :P For the first two sections I have gone into detail for as the last two are quite simple to understand. ~~~ Section One: Important Information concerning the Clan & Forums. This section contains threads that are about informing clan members about certian things like.. an "Introduction to the clan and our forums", this is aimed at new comers to Divine Dedication/Our forums to welcome them and guide them to finding out what they need to know. "Announcements & News", all clan and forum updates from now on will be posted here. Also any information about game updates to Runescape could be posted here if someone wishes to do so. "How the Clan Works", this is a huge thread which is split into four sections. These four sections deal with a lot of information about how Divine Dedication operates and information on how to do particular things related to the clan. In here you will find information on.. -"Our Ranking System & How to Get Promoted", This has information on how to gain ranks, what the requirements, expectations and benefits are of each rank and how to ensure you won't get demoted. -"How the Citadel Works & Avatar Guides",This includes information on how the citadel works and information on how to manage the citadel for those who can mange it, what work in the citadel we want done and a link to a Guide on clan Avatars. -"How Event Attendance Works & How to Host Events" This is where you will find all information on how your event attendance gets taken, what it is for and what Admin and higher ranks should do for hosting events. -"All Clan Rules & Procedures, Joining Recuirements & Recruitment", Here you will find all our rules, procedures, the requirements to join the clan, who can recruit, how to recruit, when to recruit and why you should recruit. "Forum Help", this is for information regarding any questions you have about the forums and also this post that explains where everything is. "In-Game Guides", these are where all guides concerining in-game content can be posted to help clan members out. There is a guide on how to use clan avatars and their buffs here too. "Clan & Forum Suggestions", like it says, any suggestions you have about improving the clan/fourms or suggestions for events to guides can be posted here. "Clan & Forum Black List", This is just to store the names and the reason of people who have been removed from the clan/forums for major reasons. ~~~ Section Two: Clan Activity Centre: This section deals with all activity to do with the clan so it's all in one place and easy to acsess. "Promotions, Demotions & Applying for Admin Ranks", This thread is for announcements of clan members promotions and demotions as well as a place for General ranks to apply to become Admins. Information on how to get promotions and about ranks can be found in "How The Clan Works" in the previous section and there is a link in the thread to that information too. "Forum & In-Game Name Changes", This is where you post your new In-Game name to let everyone know about the change and also provides information on how to get your name changed on the forums. "Inactive? Post Here!", Like the thread title suggests, if you're going to be inactive from the clan this is where you let us know so you do not get demoted or removed from the clan :) "Event Calander", This is where all planned events will be kept so you can keep up to date on events that have been pre-planned. Normally our events will be planned close to event time and this is done within the clan chat in-game. "Logs For Events, Attendance & Capping", Not only is this where event hosters post the attendance records of the events they host but also everyones Rank-up points, Attendance records and records of capping in the clan citadel will be stored. You can check these logs to see how you are progressing for promotions too! "Clan Events Drop Logs", This is where we can record the drops from clan events. It is normally up to event hosters to keep a record of this but if you are at a bossing event and know what the drops where (or at least some of them) you can post it here so we all know :) "Individual Drop Logs", This is where you can make your own drop log so other clan members can see how you are going with your money making! You can include splits you get from clan events here if you like but you don't have to, it is totaly up to you! "Runescape Goals", Here you can let us know what your goals in the game are and view other peoples goals too. "Leaving the Clan? Inform Us Here!", If you would like to leave the clan this is where you should post to let us know so we can keep you on our forums (If you would like) and keep your Rank & Rank-up Point details for if you ever decide to return. Section Three: Social Centre. This section is quite straight forward as it deals with clan members personal introductions to themselves, a general discussion forum for all clan members to discuss Runescape related content and also a discussion forum for Key ranks only to discuss clan matters. Section Four: Off Topic. This last section is quite straight forward as well. Here you'll find discussions outside of runescape as well as any videos, images, music or stories you would like to share with the clan, regardless of if they are to do with runescape or not. Also you can make a poll here (for what ever really) If you would like to have other clannies vote on something. |
