INDEX FOR CLAN RULES, JOINING REQUIREMENTS & RECRUITMENT POST#1 This index, all clan rules and information on other clan procedures. POST#2 How to Prevent Getting Kicked From the Clan. POST#3 Joining requirements & recruitment. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ DIVINE DEDICATIONS CLAN RULES: There are three categories of rules, one regarding what rules you need to follow to receive promotions, one that all clan members must follow to remain in the clan and lastly one for certain Admin and higher ranks as they are specifically for them. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ TO RECEIVE PROMOTIONS YOU WILL NEED TO FOLLOW THESE RULES: 1. Stay active in clan chat, keep the trolling to a minimum and no pointless continued spamming. 2. Help other clan mates & guests in the chat with questions regarding the clan and the game if you can. 3. Be willing to attend clan events and be willing to skill in the citadel if you expect to gain particular ranks in our clan. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ TO ENSURE THAT YOU REMAIN A MEMBER OF DIVINE DEDICATION, FOLLOW THESE RULES: 4. Follow Jagex's terms and conditions. 5. Be respectful and friendly to your fellow clan mates, guests in the chat. 6. Follow direction of Admin and higher ranks and if a Key rank asks you to do/not to do something please listen to them & follow their guidance. 7. No negative behavior (Includes: insulting players / other clans / Jagex) shall be shown in public when wearing the clan cloak or when you have a clan vex planted OR are near one of our clan vex's. 8. There is no event-crashing of other clans IF they're vex is visible or/and clan capes are being worn. We want to maintain a good reputation within the clan community. 9. No merching off of clanmates OR scamming within the clan which includes not paying back loans / excessively begging for money (asking for help is fine) and grave robbing and not blessing a clan members grave if you are able to bless. - Being able to bless means you're able to access their grave spot (includes world hopping) but if it will put you at risk of losing your gear you're not expected to bless. So if you're bossing with someone and they die bless them then get out yourself if you fear you will die too. 10. No endangering fellow clan mates at bossing events. If you're going to AFK in the boss room / leave please inform other members there and make sure it's alright to do so. If you have to leave please give notice so other clan members can leave safely if they need to. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ADDITIONAL RULES THAT ARE FOR CERTAIN ADMIN AND HIGHER RANKS, THESE NEED TO BE FOLLOWED TO MAINTAIN YOUR RANK AND IT'S BENEFITS: 11. All Bossing events must use "DD Events FC" Friends Chat which will remain on CoinShare. If a clan member attending a hosted bossing event hasn't been added on this account and a Deputy leader or the leader isn't online to get them added to DD Events FC please use the hosters Friends Chat instead and make sure that the event is done with the CoinShare setting on. NOTE: currently the friends chat isn't operational. 12. All LootShare events must be approved by the clan owner before they are allowed to take place and will take place in the hosters friends chat. All of our clans LootShare events will require all drops that would split with CoinShare worth 100K+ to be handed into an approved seller who will try to sell the rare drops for a good price to then equally divide the profits up with those who are entitled to them. The handing over will take place as soon as it is possible. 13. This rule regards the use of clan avatars and there are 7 parts (a>g) to this rule that all Avatar Wardens must follow to maintain the privilege and responsibility of being one: a. The priority for avatar use is as follows: ( First priority > Last priority) - Any warden: Use within the citadel for increased resources - Any warden: Use for an event with using the bonus exp buff if you also will personally benefit from it too - Any warden: Use for an event with using the bonus exp buff if other clannies will benefit and you won't - If there isn't an event running that could make use of the bonus Exp then the priority is as follows: - Owner/Deputy Owners: Use outside of an event for bonus Exp for you AND other clan members on w99 - Other wardens: Use outside of an event for bonus Exp for you AND other clan members on w99 - Any warden: You can have the avatar out on w99 for the sake of other clan members if you're not benefiting from the bonus Exp personally, but as soon as another warden will benefit from having the Avatar at his/her side, please dismiss the Avatar so he/she can summon it :) b. If you and another warden both want to get the avatar out for the same priority, it's first in first served. Once they are done the other warden can use it if no one is above their priority. c. Avatar Wardens may only use the clan avatar on world 99 or in the citadel until a second one is obtained then one will be for use on other worlds for certain activities like w84-living rock caverns. d. When an avatar warden has finished using an avatar, will be offline or outside of w99/citadel for 5 minutes or more they must dismiss it back to the habitat. e. If you're not an avatar warden you can ask for a warden to get out the avatar on world 99 but they do not have to drop what they are doing to do so. f. If you are an avatar warden and you are ABLE to be on w99 WITH the avatar out and will be ONLINE for approx 30mins+ WITH little/no interruptions, PLEASE bring out the avatar if asked to. g. NO fights over the priority list or the rules, they are both there to benefit everyone as much as possible and since we only have one avatar currently everyone must stick to the above. NOTE: Rule #13 will be slightly changed once we have a 2nd Avatar to incorporate it's use. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ PROCEDURES FOR HOSTING EVENTS: 14. If you host an event and no one turns up you may change the event to try and get people to attend. If you can't get at least one other clan member besides yourself to attend your event it doesn't count as hosting an event. 15. If you go to an activity/boss etc. with another clan member and it isn't an event you can make it into a clan event. Just be aware that this means any other clan member who is able to attend this event can so if you want a private bossing team, It isn't an event. 16. All events hosted by Admins, Overseers & Organisers are open for any clan members to attend as long as they meet the requirements to attend the event. 17. Only Overseers and higher ranks may host Nex, Kalphite King & Vorago events. Any clan member is welcome to attend these events if they meet the following requirements: Kalphite King & Nex: Lvl 80+ weaponry / lvl 70+ armour / War Tort or Yak familiars. Vorago: Lvl 90+ weaponry / lvl 80+ armour / War Tort or Yak familiars. 18. Only Key ranks may put restrictions on who may attend any bossing event that they have host. The restrictions can be based on gear, levels or/and the amount of players how are allowed to attend. They will have to post the event on these forums in advance with the requirements before starting the event so anyone who wants to go can know right away if they can or if they can not. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ PROCEDURES FOR EVENTS: 19. A clan event will continue to run until there are no Admin or higher ranks at the event unless one plans on returning then they can nominate someone to cover them in their absence. The nominated clan member can always ask other ranks in the Clan chat for advice on what to do. The main job of covering the position of an event hoster is to inform them upon their return of anyone else who happened to show up to the event or/and if things are going well or not. 20. If a clan member leaves a boss fight that is an event and there is a split while they are absent it is decided by the following what should happen: a. Logout from disconnection (game/net issues): If they are back in the boss room within 10 minutes of logging out they are entitled to a share of the split if it is CoinShare or LootShare with sell & split. Upto 20 minutes can be granted by the hoster and their decision on this is final. If multiple hosters can't come to a unanimous decision on the matter of 10 or 20 minutes then it is 15 minutes by fair rule. b. Banking/Death - This only applies for Corporal Beast / Kalphite King / Nex / Vorago: If they are back in the boss room within 10 minutes of banking/death they are entitled to a share of the split if it is CoinShare or LootShare with sell & split. Upto 20 minutes can be granted by the hoster and their decision on this is final. If multiple hosters can't come to a unanimous decision on the matter of 10 or 20 minutes then it is 15 minutes by fair rule. c. Leaving the boss room or logging out to take a break: Breaks that are eligible for splits are those that occur after being in the boss room for 50 minutes or more and they are only allowed to claim any missed splits from their first break taken. The person taking the break must also declare that they are doing so and is only entitled to a share of the split if they have a break that lasts no longer than 10 minutes. These splits are only if it is CoinShare or LootShare with sell & split. NOTE: Being afk inside the boss room and not logging out doesn't count as a break, it simply counts as an AFK. POST#2 HOW TO PREVENT GETTING KICKED FROM THE CLAN: You will have to follow rules 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, & 10 to make sure you do not get kicked from the clan. Failure to follow each rule results in a warning. Breaking the same rule after being warned about it will result in the Key ranks voting on if you are the right kind of person to be in our clan or not. If three Key ranks believe you aren't fit to be a clan member anymore you will have a chance to appeal which will be reviewed by the deputy owners and the owner and if the appeal is accepted you will remain in the clan, if it isn't accepted you will not.
