Cell was confident in tanking Vegeta's strongest attack, and I think he knew of the Gallick-Gun, so yeah. |

Possibly Cell, but tanking feats are frequently done with smaller gaps than 2 or 3 fold |

Personally, I don't think Warm up Cell and Super Vegeta needs to be more than 1.6x. |

That gap is x2 minimum, IMO. I have it at x4, and that's the absolute highest I can justify the gap being. I believe Cell was expecting an attack with similar amplification as Light Grenade. Edited by Yoshi, Aug 19 2015, 08:55:30 PM.

Well, I also take into account that Vegeta's energy was gradually draining from using Grade 2, which he had been using for a long time at that point. It also took him multiple hits to put Vegeta down. |
