Combat works as follows:

Both players make introductory posts in which they include their profiles. Then the character with higher agility takes the first turn.

Powerlevel functions as your hit points.
Each turn you get 3 Actions.

An action can be one of the following things

Guard: Guard can be declared the turn after an enemy attacks you to retroactively reduce the damage you would have taken by 100% of your defense for a physical attack or 50% of your defense for a Ki attack.

Physical attack: Punches, kicks etc. They deal 50% of your strength - 50% of the enemies defense in damage.

Dodge: Dodge can be used retroactively in the same way that guard can, except it completely negates any damage you may have received. It can only be done once per round and only if you have higher agility than the opponent you want to dodge.

Technique: You may use any of your techniques as long as you have the Ki to use it.

Deflect: You may deflect an attack rather than block or dodge it, you use your ki to stop most of the enemies ki attack from damaging you. It reduces the damage you take from an attack to 10%. It can be done once per round.

The battle is over once a powerlevel hits 0.
