The prison ordeal was done with. He didn't know for sure if the man had been killed by accident, or if he'd been murdered. But he got what he needed and got out of there. He didn't care if prisoners wanted to kill themselves. They were there for a reason. Sure some people sent to prison were innocent, but not many. He wasn't even sure what he was going to get out of this wayfinder for now, but he figured anything that could tell him how to get somewhere faster, he was happy with that. Even if it wasn't working that well right now. Instead he needed a way off this planet. He was soaring toward the north, his eyes narrowing as the object began to beep. He pulled the wayfinder out and quirked an eyebrow as he stared at it. He slid it back into his pocket as he came over a large ridge. What he saw there made his jaw drop. He stared out at the expansive graveyard of ships. He was in awe of the amount there. So many ships reduced to rubble, by others, or portions of them rendered useless. He saw massive freighters, small fighters, and everything in between. It looked like there was even a capital ship in there somewhere. He didn't need something huge but he did need something he could get working together. He glanced around ships as far as the eye could see. He smiled as he grinned and glanced began to approach. He'd have to sift through a lot of ships, and equipment. This was going to take a long time, but if he could get something with working thrusters , or jury rig something that would hold together until he hit another planet, he could get repairs done. He just needed to find something that needed just a little work. He sighed as he put his hand on what looked like a new fighter. He brushed the lightest lair of dust off before quirking an eyebrow. He stared at it, a thing of beauty, even if it was designed to kill. But here it was, as dead as a doornail, and nothing about it seemed to work. The power source was very dead, and not likely going anywhere soon. He made his way patiently through the ship graveyard, checking out a crashed Namekian ship. He checked the inside and smiled when he came across some water. It was still fresh and he was satisfied with what he'd found. It wasn't much but he'd live with it. Sitting down he began drinking from the water source. He downed a little of it while he took a break. He needed it. Leaving the Namekian Ship he sighed. He needed to find food, but he could go weeks without eating, but only a few days without water. He sighed as he left the Namekian ship and began inspecting the remains of another ship. This one was huge and derelict. So much so that he had to create a ki ball as he went so he could see. He held it up, looking around at the skeletons in ruined armor. He moved through the ship slowly, taking in the crew on board. They must have been attacked when they crashed, or shortly after. Try as he might, he had no idea what happened, so he could only hope to piece it all together. He came to a huge hole and blinked as he looked around. Apparently this was what sank it. The entire back half of the ship was gone, nowhere to be seen. "Wow." he said, looking up surprised something could do this to the ship. He shrugged and hopped off, moving forward through the wreckage around the ship, floating over the deadly drop to metal spikes below. He looked around slowly. His eyes were looking for something he could use. That's when he saw it. She was beautiful and he was sure it was destiny that he found her. He moved over to her and caressed it. He looked around and smirked as he inspected the hull of the crashed ship. The hull's paint was all but gone, with only a simple bit of gold left on it. It looked like it would need help, and he was more than ready for it. The ship was more round in shape than anything else, with three small domes on the bottom supporting it. It was almost like this thing had landed here. There was some structural damage but it looked like it was ready to fly with minor repairs. Beyond that, there was no telling what the inside or systems were like. And before he got into it, he needed to fix up the outside and then start looking for problems he might run into. He moved up and over the ship, surveying the damage. Through the 'wings' on the ship there was some debris, one a rather large spike having fallen down right through it. Most of the ship looked fine but what little damage there was, was pretty bad. Sighing Togashi began by slowly removing anything driven through the hull of the beautiful ship. She would make an excellent companion for him. He only needed to be sure that she could fly and get him somewhere safe first. Then he could have her really repaired and begin exploring the universe to better himself. He removed the tallest of the spikes, pulling it slowly from the hull of the ship, wincing with every screech of metal against metal. He closed his eyes and pulled harder, finally removing it from the hull and tossing it aside. He frowned at the large hole left through the ship. He was going to need scrap metal to weld into place. "Man this is going to be a pain in the ass... but she'll be one thing of beauty in the galaxy, with her curves and all. I can't wait to get inside her and feel her out... Wow that sounded so very wrong." he muttered to himself as he stood there thinking it over. "Well I'll get you patched up at least, and then we'll get somewhere." He walked away as he headed for one of the other ships. He'd make a Frankenstein's Monster out of this thing yet. He began pealing up the various parts of different ships to use for scrap metal. He needed to seal up the outside before he broke the atmosphere from this damned moon if he wanted to be able to breathe outside. Or avoid explosive decompression. Or avoid being sucked out into the cold vacuum of space. He was NOT looking forward to that. But he would patch her together and get it to a dock somewhere to do repairs. The Alpha Collective was used to ships, and they were near by. But so was New Vegeta, and that was where he really, REALLY wanted to go. He wanted to test himself against the various people there, and see how he stood up. On top of that they had an arena where people competed in combat and he was hoping to have the opportunity to watch some fights. Hell if they let him he'd be happy to take it on himself. He often had to wonder if he had Saiyan blood in his body but he never felt the need to run around doing what they did. He was too peaceful for that. But that didn't mean he didn't have some ancestry somewhere in his life. But it wasn't enough. Then again he could have blood of countless races coursing through him. He was a mutt, but a mutt with a sweet ship now! He smiled as he placed the scrap metal over the hole. He held his finger up, focusing his ki into it focusing the energy into a burning torch before he began welding using his own energy. His body was constantly running on it anyway, so he was more than capable of producing the small amount of energy it required to weld. He smiled to himself as the first piece fell into place. He let it cool as he welded another piece into place not far from it, taking his time. He wasn't going to rush and ruin his chance to escape. When he had finished with the right half of the ship, he moved to the left. He carefully patched the left wing up, after removing the debris that had slammed into it. He didn't worry about dents, they could be fixed when he got to another planet. And he was happy to pay for this thing to be fixed. He'd even have to come up with a name for it, but he already had one in mind. He caressed it gently as he stood there, staring down at the hull of the lovely ship. He smiled and walked over to the side and dropped off. He began looking for a way inside. Once he found the entrance he hit the button, the ramp coming down slowly. It still had power! That itself was amazing but it looked recent so he didn't know how powerful it was. Boarding the ship he began to look around. To his left he could see the cockpit, and just behind it was a lounge. Or at least one that looked like a lounge. A simple room with plenty of places to sit. Beyond them and below was the engine room, with guest rooms directly above them. He checked the underbelly of the ship frowning when he came upon a hyperdrive! Inspecting it he sighed with relief, the Hyperdrive was fully functional with power. But the ship didn't have any thrusters, and minor maneuverability at this point. Moving from the engine room he went outside to inspect the thrusters. They were ruined. Sighing he reached up and began pulling, removing them from the ship. He carefully worked them out, and tossed them aside before he said a small prayer. He patted the hull of the ship as he rose past it. "Sorry... I know that hurt, but I need to get you some engines that will work... I promise I'll fix it all." he said, feeling sorry for the ship. Carefully he picked through the ships. The classes were different, the engines various sizes but he could put something together. He was good enough with engineering to do that much. He carefully carried engine after engine, connecting them to the new ship. He smiled as he kissed the engine lightly before he got up and began to tap his foot, thinking about what he could name the ship. "I think Lovely Angel would be a good title for you. Or Eclipse. No, I think the Lovely Angel would be much better for you. A perfect name for a beautiful girl like you. No, even more than that. I think that's the name you were meant to have." When he was finished attaching the engines to the outside of the ship he made his way inside again. He looked around, glancing the thing over again before he went to the engine room, beginning to work connecting the engines to the power supply, and more. He wasn't sure how long it would last so he was hurrying but he wasn't about to fuck up if he could avoid it. He double and triple checked his work before he got up and went to the cockpit. He sat in the pilot's chair and began pressing buttons. The ship could view out into the breech of space, but the shield was doing well. The ship shuddered as the engines fired up, roaring to life as the boarding ramp slid up into place. He looked around as he stared out the front of his ship, images coming up along the screen. He furrowed his brow as the language there began translating to English. He blinked at that surprised the ship was doing what it did. He continued to slowly press buttons guiding the ship up off the ground and forward slowly at first. It picked up speed as it soared forward. He frowned at the large rocks in their way, looking for something to take care of. He pressed a button and there was a loud burst followed by a projection of lasers from the front of the ship. The rocks were vaporized and the ship soared up over where they had been, going skyward. He was smiling as he began feeling the controls out, letting the ship guide him as if it were reading his mind, and giving him a tutorial on the screen in front of him. The atmosphere slowly vanished from the moon as the ship arced up into space, clearing it's gravity well, and continuing forward. He smiled as the ship started forward, heading toward the stars in the distance. He began pressing buttons, navigational commands coming up on the screen before him. He pressed a few buttons entering commands before he looked up at the vast reaches of space. "Only the vast reaches of outter space can hold the myriad dreams of ten billion people, and still show them its infinite possibilities." he said, smiling as he glanced over his shoulder. He smiled to himself as he began plotting his course. The ship confirmed the course and gave him an ETA before he relaxed, stretching his legs out lightly before he closed his eyes. He yawned gently as he locked his hands behind his head and went to sleep. He would need rest but once he arrived at his destination he would begin his training once more. Heck, one day he might even return to this bitch of a planet to train, if he ever needed to that is.
