Yeah take the one I proposed. If you actually hit them with a sig's worth of damage, +3 to dice rolls isn't that great since there won't be many attacks left. Plenty of other sigs have cooler effects for the same damage and less ki, yours is just more universal (hence the ki cost increase) |

Snark aside, it's a very good point. We should nerf the primary effect a bit and add a little flare to make up for it. Afrit, how does the below look? Wish Slinger [FREESTYLE, PHYSICAL THROW] Description: Effect: Physical attack doing (45% Power) Damage. If your attack roll is 10 or lower, you may activate any SUCCESSFUL effects applied to this attack even if it is STOPPED. STOPPED - Your next defense roll gains +2 dice sides. Costs 2 KI Points. |

Trans Custom: Getsu-ei [FREESTYLE, PHYSICAL, WEAPON] Description: Sykes calls upon the power familiar to all Saiyans: The Moon. Transmitting away, the opponent looses sight of Sykes. They notice that the moon is somehow full and directly above them. Sykes seemingly emerges from it, rocketing downward to deliver a meteoric stab, breaking the sound barrier just before impact. If the attack misses, the sonic boom wont. Effect: Sword attack doing 30% (Power) damage. STOPPED - If defense roll is +5 or less the attack roll - STUN. If Defense roll is between +6 and +10 attack roll - opponent cannot power up next turn. If defense Roll is +11 or more attack roll, 5% (Sykes's power) damage to Sykes. Costs 1 ki. Problem with that is... I'm not sure what qualifies as what Aiden. Like Tricky Sword Maneuvers, how does that count as manipulated ki? Heck if I know... I'd put it at 1 ki cost though, it has a backfire clause so it seems fair at that. |

Traits would be based on the move's description. If your attack involves you decking a guy then it most likely will have the PUNCH clause. As its a custom, you get to come up with whatever you want it to be. Note that every move has to at the least have a PHYSICAL or ENERGY trait. For example, based on your description I'd imagine your attack would have [ FREESTYLE, PHYSICAL, WEAPON ] Also, based on the description, you might want to add "Requirement: Instant Transmission, Sword" on the bottom. Final product looks like this: Getsu-ei [ FREESTYLE, PHYSICAL, WEAPON ] Description: Sykes calls upon the power familiar to all Saiyans: The Moon. Transmitting away, the opponent looses sight of Sykes. They notice that the moon is somehow full and directly above them. Sykes seemingly emerges from it, rocketing downward to deliver a meteoric stab, breaking the sound barrier just before impact. If the attack misses, the sonic boom wont. Effect: Physical attack doing (30% Power) damage. STOPPED - If your opponent's defensive roll was +5 or less than your attack roll, STUN. With the coming saga, everyone is gonna rush to remake customs with their new characters. I'm gonna hop in here early and get mine rolling since I pretty much know where I want to go with Dragos. Custom 1 AA "One in the Chamber"[Energy, Volley, manipulated ki.] Description: Dragos throws out two weak Ki blasts, and stores one at the tip of his finger. Dragos can use it to absorb a weak attack. Effect: Energy attack doing (20% power) damage. your dice roll is 2d30 Successful-choose one: your opponent's next unrestricted multi-dice attack has minus one dice. -OR- your opponent's next basic attack with a attack result of 25 or less is stopped. costs 1ki. Custom2 Signature technique{one of the two or something similar} Poison Fog[Energy, Manipulated Ki] Description: Dragos expels thick fog from his palms choking out his victims and concealing him. Effect:Restricted x1. Energy attack doing (100% power) damage. Your opponent loses 1 ki at the beginning of each of his or her turns until he or she rolls a 23 or higher on a single dice attack. Successful- your opponents single dice attacks gain -4 sides until he or she rolls a 23 or higher on any roll. costs 7ki Secret Martial Arts: Whale Stance[Energy, manipulated ki] Description: Using the forbidden arts of ancient china, Dragos assumes whale stance, but with his own twist. He infuses him self with dark Ki making himself inpenetrable. Effect: Restricted x1. use after your opponent performs a successful signature technique against you. Gain (50% total HP). Your Blocks become Restricted +1, For the remainder of combat your opponents Stopped attacks with an attack result of 22 or less deal (10% attacks damage) to them as recoil. you may not attack on your next turn. Monkey Reflexes [FREESTYLE, PHYSICAL, HOLD] Description: Sykes catches the swinging weapon by wrapping his tail around the attacker’s wrist. He then spins to ram his elbow deep into the attacker’s gut, effectively winding them enough to make their attacks less effective. You want an attack that screws over some weapon users, regardless of build. I kinda like it. Seems like a nice deterrent, a little boost. How do you see it working? |
