Your dad.

Chapter 1, One beautiful day, on the night of an eclipse, a tiny pup was born to the alpha male and female of the Blue Moon pack. "Our beautiful daughter will grow up to be an amazing alpha of the Blue Moon pack." Murmured the mother softly. "And for she is born in the rare time when the rare Blue Orchid Bells shine beneath the shine of the full moon, we shall call her 'Orchid Blue of the Lunar Bells'." Whispered the alpha male proudly. "Yes, Luna." The mother's one eye sparkled with oily tears, as her mate had chosen the grand name that her mother had once held. The pup was beautiful, a completely black face rimmed with glowing white, as in if representing her name. Her body was mostly black, but had swirling spectrums of speckles angling towards her chest that looks like supernovas of stars. She had a small star shape on her chest made out of silky white fur, accompanied by one white paw. Though the parents were defensive about their child, everyone knew her one flaw. Her white toed paw was twisted out so that her paw was splayed, and there was an indent in her paws that swirled a tracery like faint stars. "Look." Whispered the others, and she'd slowly turn and blink at them. Those crystallized eyes, marked by shades of blue to green to violet, like the hottest of flames, unnerved them. And Before Orchid Blue could even remember her slow blinking eyes and cautious movements, a fire raided their camp. Cries of, "Run! Run!" And, "WHERE'S MY PUP!?!? I'M NOT LEAVING WITHOUT MY PUP!!!!" Rang through her folded velvety black ears, and while the others ran or were killed, she sat in the center of camp, where flames calmly circled and swirled around her, and she watched amused by the crowns of color. She licked her lips and curled up into a tiny ball and fell asleep. ~~~ Chapter 2, Ash and soot were all that was left, other than piles of charred bones. She yawned and stretched with a sneeze, looking around her. The warm colors had disappeared, along with her camp and family. "Mama?" She asked softly, the first word from the tiny pup. "MAMA?" She repeated, louder this time. Crows cawed and fluttered up in hoards of black, and she trembled slightly. Tiny black paws covered a couple yards, before she landed at a more familiar pile of bones. "Mum?" She sniffed at the bone of her femur, which she was commonly known for being twisted. Her teeth and tongue gently grinded and licked the bone, before realizing she had begun to carve details about her mother on the bone in an ancient script. Blue sky under the shining sun, faltered by something as simple as a twisted bone, known for her beauty and strength- At that point she had realized what she was doing, and slowly beginning to tell the story of Blue Sky under the Shining Sun. The tiny pup sneezed, confused, and began walking away. "Rouges here, Rouges there, Rouges everywhere! Oh how much safer you are from rouges in the air!" Came a cry from above. A huge black bird swirled down on oily wings, and landed dramatically with one wing covering its black face, and only beady black eyes showing. "Who are you? What are you great bird of poetry?" She asked curiously in return. "Who? What? When where why? I am a creature that takes to the sky-" "Just tell me what you are please." Interrupted the tiny pup. "Well. Fine then. I am Raven," He said back, bowing majestically. "Raven, do you you have any idea what happened to my pack, the Blue Moon Pack?" He opened his beak to say something, but no words came out. "They, they were g-good people- your pack." He choked out, no longer seeming as proud and mysterious. "Raven, do you know what happened to Lynx's Eyes in the Spring Moons and Blue Sky under the Shining Sun?" She asked, feeling a new feeling in her stomach. It was not warm and calm, it felt like a grinding in her stomach- grinding dread. Raven cleared his throat and looked her straight in the eye. "Luna, daughter of the alphas of the once noble Blue Moon pack, please follow me." That's all I have so far. Edited by LunaWolf, 15 Mar 2013, 07:59 AM.
