Information on the First Annual Leader's Summit of Roelglstern; Information on the 7 Days of negotiation

Warmest greetings to all.

Over the 7 days, different broad topics will be put up for discussions, with all nations welcome to put in issues to poll. Nations are also welcome to propose additional clauses, and the editing of charters and resolutions.

In the summit, international laws will be proposed, and Leaders will vote on the issue in the best interests of their nations. These passed sentiments will be passed as the Roelglstern Convention, a list of international laws that will be enforced by the international community. Each day will constitute a separate Charter.

The schedule is listed below.

Day 1: "Charter 1: International Humanitarian Issues"

First Resolution: "Abolition of Slavery and rights of Minorities"
Clause 1: No individual of institution should be allowed to withhold an individual free of will and make them work without monetary payment;
Clause 2: There will be no discrimination of any individual based on their race or beliefs;
Clause 3: There will be no castes or Aristocracy, and nobody can be born into a set class or profession;
Clause 4: Historical leaders and ruling families are exempt from clause 3.

Second Resolution: "Non-participation in War"
Clause 1: No person under the age of 18 shall be conscripted to warfare;
Clause 2: The direct killing of non-participating civilians in warfare is absolutely prohibited;
Clause 3: Everyone reserves the right to surrender.

Day 2: "Charter 2: International Conflict Issues"

First Resolution: "Annexing of Land"
Clause 1: No nation is allowed to annex land that they have no historical claim over;
Clause 2:Unless reclaiming land that has been lost in the last century, annexing is to be condemned.

Second Resolution: "Chemical and Biological weapons"
Clause 1: The use of any weapon of mass destruction should result in complete ostracization of the nation that used the weapon by the international community;
Clause 2: Use of these weapons on a nation will allow for similar retaliation from the target nation.


Day 3: "Charter 3: International Border Disputes"

First Resolution: "Territorial Disputes"
Clause 1: In the event of a territorial dispute, an international body will be formed to research historical claims over the land, and split the lands in accordance to historical rights.

Day 4: "Charter 4: World Heritage Sites"

First Resolution: "Built Sites of Historical or Cultural significance"
Clause 1: Built sites that are deemed to be of important historical or cultural significance by the the charter are to be protected from demolition, in order to preserve them for future generations.

Second Resolution: "Natural Sites of Historical, Natural or Cultural Significance"
Clause 1: Natural sites that are deemed to be of important historical or cultural significance by the the charter are to be protected from destruction, in order to preserve them for future generations.

Day 5: "Charter 5: International Trade Issues"

First Resolution: "International Trade Sanctions and Embargoes"
Clause 1: No nation is obligated to conduct trade sanctions against another, and cannot be forced to cease trade with another nation;
Clause 2: No Nation can be forced to conduct trade with another, despite any international pressure.

Day 6: "Charter 6: Unclaimed land and International Waters"

First Resolution: "Resources in International Waters"
Clause 1: Mining in International waters is allowed under the condition that it does not violate any clauses mentioned in the convention.

Second Resolution: "Resources in International Land"
Clause 1: The mining in pristine, unclaimed land is generally prohibited, as they are listed as Natural sites of Natural significance;
Clause 2: International land cannot be claimed if another group has a larger claim to it. Military action will result in issues with Charter 2 and 3.

Day 7: "Charter 7: The rights of the Individual"

First Resolution: "The Rights of an Individual before the law"
Clause 1: All individuals have the right to a fair trial;
Clause 2: No individual shall be persecuted based on their beliefs;
Clause 3: All people, men and women, are equal.

It is my sincerest hope that you will all attend the summit, which is of the utmost importance.
