Members of the Terror Doctrine, lead by Ruprecht Finkerton, more commonly known as Mr. Fink. The Terror Doctrine specializes in using fear tactics to subdue the general populous. The Doctrine is also the leading unit of the eradication procedure. An operation dedicated to the extermination of all Vampires, Humans, Necromancers and Elves. This Doctrine is reserved for the most powerful members of the operations, and all units who serve under it are hand picked by Ruprecht himself. The Terror Doctrine are notorious for their unethical means of acquiring information and are relentless when it comes to achieving their goals. The Terror Doctrine is an elite group, therefore only a minority of Elysium consist of these men. Elysium Death Squads typically consist of one or two Terror Doctrine members, accompanied by members of both the Night and Enforcement Doctrines.

A Doctrine of the MNSP, dedicated to the eradication of Humans, Elves, and Necromancers. These set of soldiers hunt for them in the night time, where the darkness stalks the land. These soldiers are specially trained to act in stealth like an assassin, trained to have the might of a dragon. These soldiers will show no mercy upon the enemy. Led Doctrine Leader, Robert Hans, a man of unknown descent. Most of the soldiers had came from Italy, mostly in the city of Rome. The Night Doctrine only hunts in the night, hence the name. The Night Doctrine strikes fear into the hearts of many, establishing respect throughout the land. Anyone who dares to interfere with the Night Doctrine wishes death upon themselves.

The Enforcement Doctrine, enforce the rules and laws of Elysium, they are a very Merciless doctrine. If the rules and or laws are broken by any individual they will be imprisoned or executed on sight. The Enforcement Doctrine are equipped with Extendable Batons, these Batons are very effective in stunning an individual. The Enforcement Doctrine are also equipped with Tranquilizer Darts cased in a very compact blow Pipe, this is used for incapacitating Individuals that have broken the laws and or rules of the Terror and/or Night Doctrines. The Enforcement doctrine do not mess around, they will hunt you down and they WILL kill you if needed, they will not stop until you are captured or decapitated. The Enforcement Doctrine Members are very skilled at scaling,walls,buildings and are very athletic,they are very swift at doing so as well.They do not fail at doing this either.
