I KungYo hereby bring to the floor "Anti-Aggression Act". By my authority and right as a member of the Union of Eos, I shall use my nation's position of Chief of Ministry. to begin the deliberation on the floor. Act name: Anti-Aggression Act Summary of Act: Prevent the aggression from nation's within Eos towards vacant or native lands. ((unclaimed plots)) This includes, but is not limited to, taking resources, enslaving the population, placing military personnel, encouraging settlement, or annexing land from. Reasoning behind Act: To protect native, unclaimed lands within Eos. Changes created due to Act: The abolishing of the ability to take land or resources or people from native Eos lands. Pros of Act: The protection of Eos' natives. Cons of Act: The inability to expand your nation's empire to natives via force. Closing Argument: I believe this bill is necessary to protect our native population as well prevent other nations within Eos from taking resources from them. This will prevent warmongering and aggressive imperialism towards those defenseless within our region. |

*The Delegate of Nordpreussland looks down at the Regional Assembly's summary of votes for the Act in question. A majority of 3 States approved the Regional Legislation proposed. His position is largely ceremonial, as having an odd number of States would always ensure a majority in the Regional Assembly. Nonetheless, with the dignity of the post he holds, he leans in and casts Nordpreussland's vote.* As Delegate of Nordpreussland I cast my vote: Yea Under the assumption that my vote will be towards bettering the Union of Eos. |
