First off, I would like to apologize on behalf of myself, Vitius, and East Armandia here for our inactivity. The three of us are extremely busy with school and work, and time for NS has been really limited. Fortunately, I know that, for me at least, Christmas break comes in a week, so my activity should shoot up. Vitius and I were talking last week about starting an RP that would run over the course of December and (possibly) into January, if time permits. Our hope is that this will give the region a shot of activity that will carry us into the spring, when we can maybe have another one over break to carry us into summer. My question is, what do you guys want to do? EA and I had discussed doing a sort of civil war in Belasca where Sobrazke and EA intervened, and everyone else can meddle in our affairs if they'd like. But I'm totally open to any and all suggestions you guys might have. List away, pals. |

Le fully support! I also make a recommendation for roleplayers to open up an embassy in the Factbooks section of the NS forums. Easy, simple, little creativity required, but stimulates regional activity. |

Belasaca idea sounds great ![]() I was also thinking of having elections in Timphthu soon. Although my nation has an O.K standard of living, transitions of power are always filled with corruption and even sometimes military intervention (in the case of Zopa Jinsung, a Military General in 1934 who took control of the nation by force.) |

Come the 19th of December, I'll have a month where I'll be back home with no work and no social life, and literally 80% of my time will be spent on NS. In regards to the Belasca prompt, this will likely cause a balkanization of EA (split between West and East) and the introduction of a strong government within EA, led by Volkova. Think of a more socially-liberal Soviet Union in East Armandia, a ethnically-based songun-esque dictatorship in the West, and both becoming much more involved in international politics. |

I'll be good around the 21st to be on NS for about two weeks. While it's hypocritical, Vitius will likely support West Armandia. |

Would you really want to incur the wrath of a newly militarized and centralized EA, Vit? |

But a combined force of West Armandia, the Belascan Union, and Vitius could be quite powerful, EA. ...even if Vitius is really the only member of that trio who's any good at fighting, and even though he'll probably use this as an excuse to exploit the poorer nations. I'll try to get some basic info on Belasca up soon (hopefully today, but we'll see). I have one final paper left to write before break, so expect me to be on much more often. |

If I can get on any more than just the weekends, I'd be interested in a war in the Euro-sector. If EA is capable of being negotiated with, the Imperial Federation would be more than willing to offer it's military forces in an offensive operation aimed at stemming the tide of Vitian opposition. |
