Combat Styling
Coming from an Old School type of background, The Unholy Knight has a preference for traditional and brutish styles in combat, using his immense size to overwhelm and decimate any who would oppose him. Preferring the use of two blades means that he has a swift approaching in battle, leaving the opponent no time to strike a blow to him. Without the use of a shielding object, The Unholy Knight has a cockiness about him, showing that he believes he does not require one for protection from any form of combat. His swings, though fast, do not hold back on power. Through the use of a heavier type of armour and his many decades of battle experience, his muscular frame has increased, his strength alongside with it.
History
There are only a few details known of his background and history. Through his accent, if he decides you are privileged enough to converse with him, it is clear he came from a European heritage, though the decorative armour and weaponry imply that of a foreign background. A small inscribed pattern on his main claymore shows that he was once a religious man, enlisting into the Catholic Knight's Templar, though all ties to his religious and Templar past have been severed through his indoctrination into the Vampiric Life some centuries ago. Many names have been given to him through time, some forgotten and many lost with the passing of the decades, each group of opponents creating a new identity for him. Only four of the original names remain with him, The Unholy Knight, The Shepherd of Fire, The Cursed One and the Dark Paladin/Templar. The second name given to him is the only one with a recorded history, passed down in stories and rumour from village to city. 'The Shepherd of Fire' title originated from one skirmish in his early years, where he and a squadron of his Elite Guard obliterated an army of mortal-kind through the use of swords, blazing arrow heads and a scorching use of magicka. The dead were piled into the centre of the battle field and set a blaze, the sight visible from miles around. |
