Equivilant of Head Warlord, a good FI leader who organizes wars and instructs the Warlords.
- WARLORDS:
Under the guidance of the Commander, these guys set up and lead during EU's fights.
- COUNCIL:
Aids the High Council with overlooking the applications and fun aspect of EU.
