Hello again, wrestling fans! We have a few news blurbs this evening regarding ELW and PWR.

- Ticket sales for the debut ELW shows in Bowling Green, Ohio and Trotwood, Ohio are going at a steady pace, but word is that some of the crowd will have to be papered, with roughly 500-1,000 free tickets being given away at each venue. ELW executives are not panicking as they expected initial small paying crowds for their new venture. Word is that there will be at least one surprise in store at one of the ELW shows.

- Four major names have recently signed deals of varying length with PWR. B.J. Jones has chosen not to comment on who these individuals are, but rumors are swirling about some major returns and debuts on the next ELW and PWR sets of shows, respectively.

- WGN and The CW Network have each signed one year deals with ELW to broadcast their shows with an option to renew the contract if the ratings can consistently stay above 1.0.

- Rumors are that starting in March, ELW and PWR will each be featuring a WYLD U showcase match on the "Ignition" and "Adrenaline TV" pre-shows to get WYLD U talent used to working in bigger crowds. If the showcases are received well by fans and the front office, there is talk of a "Cream of the Crop" Tournament where the winner receives a one year PWR contract.

- Also, rumors are swirling of an outdoor joint ELW/PWR show in the summer at a baseball stadium, or perhaps a small race track, for the "Convergence of Champions" show.

- Rumors have been circulating that "Big" Steve Corman fully intends to make it out to a PWR show in the near future, as Corman has been noted as an admitted fan of the product. Whether this could mean a working relationship or a co-promoted show remains to be seen, but we'll keep you posted on future news blurbs regarding this story.
