PWR News & Notes

- Word is that D.S.E. Management has been extremely disappointed with Cailin Dillon's performance in the ring in recent months. In fact, there is talk that management may split up the 2 Girl Crew and let Meghan Cross get back into singles competition and that Dillon could be outright released if she doesn't impress management in Atlanta.

- Rumors are circulating of there being one potential PWR & ELW House Show per month starting in June. The House Shows that PWR did originally proved extremely lucrative and D.S.E. management is strongly considering doing one house show per month to hype up upcoming TV Tapings.

- Another rumor running rampant is that "FANticipation" could very well be making a return eventually as a PWR/ELW joint Super-Show of sorts. The idea is for "FANticipation" to be a Super Show for prominent non-title feuds in ELW and PWR coupled with a few interpromotional dream matches while "Convergence of Champions" will be strictly for ELW and PWR Champions to defend their championships on.

- Yet another persistent rumor circulating is that PWR has a few interested suitors in a one-year TV deal with an option for a second year. The rumored suitors for PWR include AMC Networks, which has been rumored to want "Adrenaline TV" on AMC Networks and the other monthly shows on IFC. Other networks in play are HBO & Cinemax, who have reportedly offered serious money to PWR to telecast their shows. The soonest a deal could be completed, however, is in the fall and the deal isn't expected to affect PWR & ELW's exclusive Netflix distribution deals.

- Word is that B.J. Jones and Bristol Taylor have been spending a great deal of time in Johnson City, Tennessee as of late and that PWR Headquarters could move from Knoxville to Johnson City in the coming months. However, for what it's worth, B.J. recently has confided that while he and Bristol are moving from Oliver Springs to Johnson City, Death to Sports Entertainment will stay in Knoxville and B.J. will commute to the offices when need be.

- Another rumor that has popped up is that B.J. Jones and Marco Cruze have both made overtures to PLW management about having some of their talent moonlight in PWR. While there's nothing currently to substantiate the rumor, it has been said that there are some PLW athletes that B.J. and Marco both would love to have in ELW and PWR, respectively. Whether anything comes of this remains to be seen.

- One last rumor that has been going around is that B.J. Jones and Steve Corman have both been meeting with each other to negotiate a possible WSW/PWR and WYLD U/PWR themed interpromotional show by the end of 2016. D.S.E. officials and EWS officials both now that there would be a boatload of money to be made from such a business venture, but a deal has currently not been reached as to the date this could happen. Rumors are rampant that this date could possibly be close to "Reckless Endangerment" and that a venue close to Knoxville may be the site of this colossal event, if it becomes a reality.
