We open with a shot in what appears to be an old bingo hall. We pan through folding chairs, and slowly, into an old wrestling ring. Standing there, not a blonde curl out of place, a pair of Oakley shades over his eyes, is Leonard Luv. Looking confident in a pink polo shirt and tan slacks, Luv surveys the scene, letting old memories wash over him. ”People, MY people, allow me to share a fond memory with you, in hopes that it finally sinks in with people just who the hell I am. It was here, in this very building, where the career of your favorite EWS superstar began, humble beginnings for sure. I wasn’t the flashy, charismatic showman you see today. I was just a kid, trying to scrape by in life, trying to go after my dreams. I grew up wanting nothing more than to entertain people, but at first glance I looked like a goddamn milk bottle in human form, pale, lanky, and definitely, as we like to say in this business, greener than freshly cut grass. But what I lacked in skill, I made up for in heart, determination, and the refusal to let go of my dreams, no matter how silly some people, even my own family, thought they were. In that aspect, and ONLY that aspect, Van Wyld, we are very much alike.” “But you see, that’s where the similarities end. Oh sure, we shared the same dreams, we probably walked a lot of the same roads, maybe even competed in some of the same tiny arenas, gymnasiums, and smoky bingo halls across this nation, but let’s take a step away from the past, and let’s talk a bit about the present, let’s talk a little bit about the future too, ok? I’m 32 years old, I am in the prime of my career and people are starting to recognize me as the most amazing showman, the most skilled athlete, in the entire EWS, and rightfully so I might add. I’ve got all the tools, golden on the mic, platinum in the ring, a hit with the ladies, the guys, jealous as all hell of me, what more can a guy like me do to get over? That’s right nothing, because I’m more over than the Xbox One, daddy-o, and five times more powerful!” Luv looks out onto the empty chairs in the bingo hall. “Let’s fast forward, years down the road. The Luv Doctor’s hips, they don’t swivel like they used to, that patented Luv Strut, it’s just not quite as sexy, my gorgeous blonde hair, now shades of white and gray, what’s a guy like me to do when this day finally comes? Well let me tell you what I’m not going to do, I’m not going to sit around here, way past my prime like you Van Wyld, tarnishing my legacy, feeding my ego, and holding onto the past. I’m going to move on, I’m going to properly appreciate the people I paved the way for, and I’m not going to humiliate myself. I’m going to kick up my feet, enjoy the fruits of my labor, and reflect on a life and career most poor saps could only dream of. That’s where we’re different, Van Wyld, because when it boils right down to it, I have more respect for this business than you do, more respect, more admiration for my fellow competitors, and oh yeah, more respect for myself.” “Does that shock some people, me saying that? Does it come across as some kind of absurd notion, some kind of false claim? Because let it be known I am goddamn sick and tired of people looking at me like I’m the villain in this story, because I’m sure as hell not. I am a hero to everyone who is sick and tired of watching Van Wyld steal the spotlight from people more deserving, sick and tired of him serving people the same bullshit story of him being this good guy who cares about people, cares about the fans. Bullshit, people, complete and total bullshit! But hey, if you want to believe it, fine by me. You want to know the truth about Van Wyld? You want to know how this man REALLY thinks, what he SINCERELY thinks of you people? You people, MY people, you deserve the truth!” Luv clears his throat, removing his shades and hanging them on the collar of his shirt. “Let’s look at some facts, shall we? Van Wyld stood in front of all of you and spoke about December, spoke about his farewell tour, making it seem like all of you are privy to sharing one last memory with him. Heartfelt, right? Wrong! Because the same guy who tries to make you all feel good is using you for all you’re worth, to line his pockets one last time. Once December comes, he doesn’t give a rat’s ass what any of you do, because he’ll have what he wants from all of you, your tears, your admiration, your hero worship, and most of all, ALL YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! The hero in this story, dear people, is Leonard Luv, because I want to save you all from that heartache, I want to save you all from being dragged along on this pathetic ride, this sham Van Wyld is committing against all of you, and ending it months before it’s scheduled date. I am saving you time, I am saving you from depression, I am saving you money you could spend on more important things, like camping trips, a new car, and of course, genuine, made in the USA, Leonard Luv merchandise! With me, there’s no hidden agenda, what you see is what you get, and that’s what you people deserve, honesty and integrity, two things my opponent is severely lacking of.” “But you know what, I’m not just doing this, murdering the supposed legacy of a fraud, a con artist, I’m doing it for everyone in EWS who has had to take a backseat to the inflated ego of this washed up has been. Those chairshots, they weren’t for me, not for my sick pleasure, no no no, the smile on my face at the last Fury was not for me, it was for all the boys in the back who are done towing the line for you, Van Wyld. Their voices will be heard, and they will be heard through my actions! The proof is in the pudding, there was a match going on that had NOTHING to do with you, but you’re ego the size of Saturn just couldn’t handle not hogging the spotlight, could it? I will not let the sanctity of this sport and the well being of wrestlers who are busting their ass to make a living be overshadowed by you, no, not gonna happen, Grand Daddy-O, not on my watch!” With a smirk, Luv places his shades back on over his eyes. He holds up his right index finger. ”Van Wyld, you worthless piece of shit, you need to ask yourself one last question as we head into Sin City Showdown, and that question is, was it all worth it? Was riding my coattails, deceiving the good people, MY people, of EWS, was it all worth it, just to get another fat paycheck? Pushing other more capable athletes aside, so you could bask in the glow of your own ego, was it worth it? Because I know beating the living hell out of you for those people, it will be worth it for me. I know what my future holds come PPV time, baby! After it’s all said and done and I leave you an even bigger shell of yourself than you already are, I’m heading straight to Vegas, partying it up with some showgirls, and heading to the buffet line first thing the next day. I’ll be doing that, Van Wyld, while you’re sipping your food through a goddamn straw!” “The truth hurts, Van Wyld, it creates hate, but you need to remember, it’s ok, because without hate, there’s no love..” “Leonard Luv that is!” Luv blows a kiss to the camera before we fade to black. We cut to a studio where a chain fence is in the background. In front of it are two chairs, a small table in between the two chairs that look like director’s chairs. In one of them, in a red dress and matching red heels, is Marcy McAdams. She looks a bit nervous, but is maintaining as much of a level of professionalism as she can considering who her guest is. Sitting across from her, in a leather jacket covering a black corset, black stonewash jeans, and some long boots, is Ambiance. To say she looks like she’d rather be anywhere else than in that studio with Marcy would be the understatement of the century. The camera does a wide shot, showing both ladies, as Marcy turns to the camera. McAdams:Hey EWS fans, Marcy McAdams here, and we’re about a week away from Sin City Showdown, where the woman sitting across from me takes on Taylor Grace and Mantis Del Monaco in a Triple Threat Match for the #1 Contendership to the EWS Goddess Title. Ambiance, thank you for being here.” Ambiance:”You know, I have a question before we get started. Do you enjoy looking as stupid as you do?” McAdams:”I don’t think that’s part of this interview.” Ambiance:”Oh but it should be. First you stand in my way, I push your ass to the ground, now I have to be a “team player” and listen to you ask me stupid ass questions with that silly grin on your face. Answer my question.” McAdams:”I..I don’t think I look that stupid really.” Ambiance:”Fair enough, but we’ll see who looks stupid once this thing is over. But hey, don’t worry, twit, I won’t rip your face off. I’ve got better things to do with my time.” McAdams:”That’s reassuring. So I guess I’ll start with the most recent subject, Taylor Grace recently tweeted that it’s ok for you to say something about someone, but it’s not ok for her. Do you have anything to say in regards to that?” Ambiance:”That’s how you begin this interview? That’s it? You want to know what I think about some stupid cum guzzling whore and her ability to use social media to showcase her fucking stupidity? Wow, here’s hoping your parents didn’t spend any of their own money on your education. Let’s make one thing perfectly clear right now, and let it known all over this world. Taylor Grace is not in my league, and her getting a lucky break against me doesn’t mean that automatically she is better than a 2-time champion, a champion who proudly held her title for over 200 days the first time around. This doesn’t mean she’s better than the woman who in front of the whole world, made the “great and powerful” Darkness looks like the untalented bitch she is. But no, in whatever fantasy world Taylor is living in, this luck, luck that’s going to run out mind you, makes her better than me. It’s a bullshit notion that only the most stupid of people buy into.” McAdams:”So you feel as a champion you have the right to say whatever you want?” Ambiance:”Did I stutter, cuntstain? Of course it does, but that’s only one part of it. The fact is, I’ve paid my dues, I’ve fought men and won hardcore titles, I’ve done it all. What has Taylor Grace done, huh? Look like some lesbo butch MMA fighter? Because I swear to the God above I’ve douched my cunt with Summer’s Eve more talented than Taylor Grace on her supposed “best day.” EWS executives, idiots like our Commissioner, who just sits at his desk playing with himself all day, thinks I have something to prove, asking me “Uh duh, what are you going to do, Ambiance?” I have nothing to prove to an overgrown shitstain who hasn’t meant a thing in this business for like a decade. I don’t have anything to prove to a greedy bastard who happens to like wrestling. I only something to prove to myself, and quite frankly, it’s something I already know, that I’m the best damn wrestler in the woman’s division in this company, hands down, case closed, no further fucking questions.” McAdams:”Alright then, well let’s turn the attention to Mantis Del-“ Ambiance:”What’s that, cuntface? Who are you..oh you mean the big afterthought in this match, am I right? The woman who knows she can’t ever reach the level of success I have, so she has to try to ride my coattails on her way up the ladder. Mantis and I have only one thing in common, we don’t like when someone like Taylor Grace hogs the spotlight, gets all the glory, while the more talented people get pushed aside because we’re not as “marketable” whatever the fuck that means. But that’s where the similarities end. Had Mantis not got herself involved in my business, no one would give two flying shits who she was, where she came from, or if she likes it up the ass. Come Sin City Showdown, she goes back into the “Who Gives A Fuck?” files, and I go onto greatness. McAdams:”So you’re predicting you’ll be victorious?” Ambiance:”No, dickbreath, I just know I’m going to lose. Are you that dense? This is what I predict, this is what I’m sure of. All those nimrods, all those sluts out there that predict it’s going to be Venus versus Taylor Grace, well they can hold their hands on their asses and wait all they want for that match, because in the end, it won’t matter if Venus eats our paper champion, our pathetic excuse for a champion, all that matters is who will give her the best match, and Taylor Grace and Mantis aren’t the answer. You need a proven commodity in there against a force like Venus, a true professional, not someone who relies on luck, or tries to get the rub from someone else in hopes somebody notices. I am a proven champion, I am a proven icon in women’s wrestling. As far as I’m concerned, it won’t matter who is champion, because once I’m done showing the world that Taylor Grace is a fraud and that Mantis is a nobody, that title is coming to me.” McAdams:”Well I’m sure we’re all looking forward to this match. Thank you for your time, Ambiance.” Ambiance:”Yeah, blow me.” The camera focuses in on Ambiance, her arms crossed, disgusted, before fading to black. The camera opens up on Three, Malcolm M. Mitchell, and Zoey Valerie, in that order. Malcolm M. Mitchell: I'm always being criticized, whether it be the way I dress or that my girlfriend is more known than I am, but your criticism doesn't phase me. They say Z is holding me back, when the truth is I haven't had my time to shine yet. You see the fact of the matter is that I'm the best damn athlete in this company. Zoey Valerie: My brothers and I helped train Malcolm and what he said is the truth, and I'm not holding him back. Malcolm M. Mitchell: I haven't been given the chance to show off what I am capable of. You all just wait. Zoey Valerie: And Venus, you're not intimidating. Stop trying to be. I'm not scared. My pro wrestling debut I did what no other person in CCW was able to do and I took a 300 pound woman off her feet. You may be big Venus, but that doesn't matter. Being big doesn't make you better than me and you will see that at Sin City Showdown. Malcolm M. Mitchell: And at Sin City Showdown me and my buddy Three here will beat Mister Falcon and GQ Money, two of the biggest tools in this industry. I'm cticized about the way I dress, but look at Falcon and GQ. Falcon's stuck in the seventies and GQ? His God awful tattoos? Looks like a damn billboard. So Three (he points to Three), and M (he points top himself), we will show you two douchebags what we're capable of. Zoey Valerie: And I'll show Venus why I'm the Goddess Champion. Malcolm M. Mitchell: Anything to add, Three? Three says nothing, but he raises his hand into frame, holding up three fingers. Malcolm follows that up, by making an M with his fingers. Zoey holds her Goddess Championship into the air. They hold their poses until the screen fades to black. We open in what appears to be a tropical paradise. The island of Bermuda. Planted on the sands of this beach are two chairs, overlooking the beautiful blue waters of the Caribbean. Sitting in one chair, in a somewhat tacky and overdone style of a blue Hawaiian shirt and khaki shorts is the EWS play-by-play commentator, Keith Calhoun. Trust us when we say this, Keith didn’t have to be convinced to go on this little trip. He looks genuinely excited to be there. Across from him, sitting in a navy blue tank top that says “NATIVE” in white text and a pair of black basketball shorts is Aeolus Wrath. This is Wrath’s home, and he looks quite comfortable in his surroundings. The cameras roll.. Calhoun:”Hello EWS fans, Keith Calhoun here in what can only be described as the best damn mini vacation I’ve had in years, here in the beautiful island of Bermuda, I’m glad you could join us! Today we’re sitting down with one of the challengers to Tony Drake’s EWS Superstar Title that’s going to be defended in about a week’s time at Sin City Showdown. Tell me, Aeolus, what’s going through your mind this close to our first PPV?” Aeolus:”If you’re someone who loves this, who loves your job, there’s always excitement, probably mixed with some nervous feelings, but more than anything, for me, it’s the realization that I really am in one of the biggest matches I think I’ve been a part of in quite some time.” Calhoun:”While I think we can all agree with that, you’ve been quoted on such wrestling websites as TPWW.net and Rajah.com as saying you feel this match hasn’t been properly promoted through the EWS front office. Do you still the same about it right now?” Aeolus:”Of course I do. You have a guy in Tony Drake, a guy a company like CCW couldn’t promote properly, and when they did, it was for some very brief moments in the history of the company, a guy who, despite my personal feelings about him, has carved his niche in wrestling history, no doubt about it. You’ve got me, who, despite my youthful looks, has been in this business for 7 long years, sometimes at the top, sometimes just scratching to get by. Drake is a guy who has enough mic skills and certainly enough raw physical tools to make for a compelling story with anybody, and I’d like to think, despite some people not really “getting” me, as it were, that I have enough to keep an audience interested and entertained, but EWS, I feel they dropped the ball on what could have been the true and only main event of Sin City Showdown.” Calhoun:”A very interesting statement for sure. How do you feel they dropped the ball?” Aeolus:”You’ve got matches on the undercard, Keith, that have been heavily promoted, well booked, and the fans are just dying to see. My match with Drake wasn’t even officially announced, it was just seemingly assumed that, hey Wrath cost Drake a match, Drake and his goons beat down Wrath, so I guess they’re fighting for the title, right? It was very anticlimactic I think, but that really wasn’t the slap in the faces of myself and Tony Drake. It was this bullshit idea by management to add a surprise entry into our match, again without initially announcing it.” Calhoun:[/ b]”I’m sure Tony Drake has been asked the same thing, but what are your feelings on that decision by EWS management?” Aeolus:”I’m not naïve, Keith. I’m 25 years old, and I’ve had to grow up pretty fast in this business, and out of it, I know EWS, like every other wrestling promotion in the world, is always looking for ratings, for buyrates, for any way they can to be an even bigger splash than the last one, but this match, in my opinion, didn’t need a third name in there, because it takes away from what Drake and I have built. It says to a guy like me, a guy like Tony Drake “Hey guys, you’re great, but you’re just not enough to keep our fans interested.” It’s disgusting, Keith, plain and simple, and very disrespectful. In the end though, it really won’t matter who it is, because my concern is not a mystery opponent, my concern is the EWS Superstar Title.” Calhoun:”You know, there seems to be this talk that you’re not on the same level as Drake, and you’ve certainly addressed that in previous interviews, but what do you feel people get hung up on when it comes to you?” Aeolus:”The wrestling business is one that, in the end, it doesn’t matter who your father is, it doesn’t matter who your uncle is, all that matters is who YOU are, and what you’ve done lately. I know I’m not the type of guy who has an outlandish personality, a gimmick if you will, that pops right out at you. But you know, I’ve always subscribed to the historical quote of speaking softly and carrying a big stick, and I feel it’s carried me pretty far in my career. Who I am, to these critics, is some kid, 25 years old, who doesn’t have the “it” factor, who doesn’t have the guts, the determination, or the skill, that guys like Tony Drake supposedly have. Let me tell you people something, I have worked very hard to get to where I am, and I feel I’ve gone far past what the initial expectations were of me. I was a World Champion at age 20, did it twice in my career, and I was once one of the most hated guys in this business. People are lazy, people think if your name doesn’t instantly pop up on Google or is trending that you don’t mean a thing. Tony Drake is half a career of hard knocks and paying his dues, the other half being in the right place at the right time, promoters looking at his build and throwing money at him. Not me. What you see is what you get, and, to be blunt, if you don’t like it, well, you can go fuck yourself for all I care. I know I am a dangerous competitor. I know what I have to do to become champion, and if EWS doesn’t want to respect me, if they don’t feel like a guy like me can draw money for them, well, then I guess I’ll just have to show them how stupid they really are.” Calhoun:”Wow, some strong words there. So what can EWS fans look for in you come Sin City Showdown?” Aeolus:”They can look for me doing what I do best, and that’s kicking the living shit out of Tony Drake. They can look for me to take the same frustration Drake has in this bullshit idea of another opponent, and taking whoever they are and making them wish they never signed on the dotted line. People think I’m an enigma, some blank page, some kind of nobody? What people should look for in me is a guy who has a lot to prove to some very stupid and ignorant people who are waiting for me to fall flat on my face. People want to believe I don’t have a chance in hell in this match? We all have a chance in this match, myself, Drake, the EWS insurance policy, but in the end, only one of us can cash in on that chance, and I for one plan on doing everything I can to make my chance count. To show people that I am Aeolus Wrath, the Code Of Energy, and I am worth fearing.” Calhoun:”Thank you for your time, Aeolus.” The camera pans away from Calhoun and Wrath, onto the Caribbean Ocean, seagulls soaring overhead, before fading to black. And now it is time for the last segment before next week’s ppv: Tonight we have a sit down interview with the owner of EWS…. The man himself: Simon Excelsior. Conducting this interview is none other than the Voice of EWS (much to Pete Hellman’s chagrin): Keith Calhoun. Calhoun: Mr. Excelsior, thank you once again for agreeing to this. With Sin City Showdown only a week away, there is a wealth of items we need to discuss for that event. First of all, how does it feel? Excelsior: It is a great feeling to finally be at this company’s first ppv, Keith. We have had a nice start but my feeling is that Sin City Showdown is the match that sets off the powderkeg that EWS is capable of being from now on. And please, call me Simon. Calhoun: Okay Simon, well I thought we would go down the card and get your thoughts on opinions of the show as it currently stands. How does that sound? Excelsior: Splendid idea, Keith. Fire away! Calhoun: First on my list is a tag team affair with Malcolm M. Mitchell and Three taking on Mistah Falcon and GQ Money. Now these fellows have been at odds for a bit now, and looks like we may have some resolution to ongoing feuds, or perhaps momentary bragging rights, yes? Excelsior: Oh yes… both as offshoots of the Van Wyld/Leonard Luv feud and Falcon and Macolm have been seemingly bickering from the word go here. It should be a fantastic opener with many colorful characters, if that is the opening contest. The crowd should be hot right off the bat. Calhoun: Absolutely. Next up we have a triple threat match with three battling ladies that are each hoping to earn the #1 contendership to the Goddess Title. Ambiance, Taylor Grace, and Mantis Del Monaco. Now I’m a fan of women’s wrestling because so many organizations give the female division short shrift and render the women as cute window dressing. That is certainly not the case in EWS, we have women that can actually wrestle, and we put them on display. What is your feeling on this match? Excelsior: Well, I echo your same sentiments, Keith. In Ambiance and Taylor Grace, you have two established women who have been crowned champions in other organizations. They are legit superstars in the female division, and it is truly an honor that they work for EWS now. And also, not to sell Mantis short… she has never held any major titles of note, but she has the distinction of being the first person I ever hired for EWS. So obviously I recognize her talent and feel that she has what it takes to move the needle around here. The big winner will be the fans because these three will likely beat the hell out of each other. Ambiance and Mantis both hate Taylor, and Ambiance and Mantis seem to be locked in a bit of jealous hatred towards each other as well. I can’t wait… Calhoun: As touched on earlier, we have Van Wyld vs. Leonard Luv coming up. Falls count anywhere… that’s exciting. This has been brewing ever since Van Wyld set foot here. Wyld is old school, and reminds me of a simpler time when I first became a fan. His retirement tour is major plus for EWS, and I can’t think of a better weasel for him to kick this off with than Leonard Luv. That man is ridiculous. Excelsior: Luv is an amazing heel… he has been such a thorn in Wyld’s side thus far. This is clearly an example of old school vs. new school. This might be one of the most anticipated matches on the card… I fully expect it to be earning some ppv buys on its own. Calhoun: Next up we have the tag team elimination match to crown the first ever Duos Champions. The Black Knights of Jon Riku and Unico have been causing quite a stir with the Commish Steve Corman, and Corman has been giving as good as he’s getting. Also in this match we have the inclusion of the Muasa’a Brothers, who made quite a splash in CCW for a time. Also a unique part of this match is that one team is actually a mixed tag: Sex n’ Violence team of Ryder Corman and Fyer Evans. Even though Fyer is technically a woman, she can hold her own with any man and might be the most vicious participant in this entire contest! Lastly, it seems like the cards are being held close to the vest as a surprise team is also entered into this contest. Care to give any hints on that? Excelsior: Well, Commish Corman is great evaluator and obtainer of talent. Let’s just say when I saw the name of this team that he had signed up, I felt it was too good to reveal prior to the ppv. And the other teams, what can I say? Jon Riku could take up an episode of Fury running his mouth, and the scary part is he can back it up in the ring. The Muasa’a are superbly talented…. Being brothers gives them an innate advantage as well. And Ryder and Fyer… SnV as it were… they are controversial, extreme… and a big reason why people tune in. Currently their wagon is hitched to Tony Drake the Superstar Champion of EWS. Can they add gold to that stable? That’s both an intriguing and scary proposition. Calhoun: Exactly. Should be a wild affair, nevertheless. Moving on, we have the Goddess Championship match as the Zoey Valerie defends her belt against VENUS, one of the biggest monsters in all of EWS. Excelsior: Well, Zoey has the clear distinction of being the first ever champion in EWS, and she just won the main event of our last show. That said, VENUS has made her presence known from the start and has been frankly demolishing people ever since. I expect Zoey to display the true heart of a champion here, but the prospects of facing VENUS can’t be pleasant for anyone. I think people will be watching this one closely. Calhoun: Next up, two words: Anarchy Rules. That’s an apt description when these two men get in the ring: Billy Shaw vs. ECK… the East Coast Killa. In some ways this match echoes the participants of the previous match, a s we have a smaller gutsier person versus an absolute monster. The Bird Man vs. The Bad Man, if you will. Excelsior: Well this feud came to us almost as a pre-packaged deal, didn’t it? These two have been at odds since they were both employed in another place, and that feud never culminated in a satisfactory manner. EWS is proud and honored to feature that match here on out first ppv. And I expect an epic, speaking frankly. Calhoun: Next up we feature a match that highlights EWS’ recent affiliation with the NWA, as EWS regulars and many newcomers are all vying for the NWA Sin City Championship in the High Stakes match… two teams, twelve participants it seems. Excelsior: Oh yes, let me touch on this. The NWA affiliation is major feather in the cap of EWS. It opens up so many doors that other companies just don’t have a chance at. Working with Mr. Leban has been a pure pleasure in getting this up off the ground. I do understand if people seem that this affiliation seemed too quick and out of the blue with less fanfare than perhaps such an announcement should garner. I can see that perspective, and believe me this did come at me out of the blue, barreling down the track like an out of control locomotive. But honestly, how much promotion could honestly do the impact and importance of the NWA in professional wrestling justice? We are quite fortunate. There is a built in history, a legacy of excellence. But the decision was made to make the announcement because we wanted that affiliation known prior to the first ppv. This partnership will only serve to pay major dividends going forward. And the High Stakes match is but the first taste. I really don’t want to run down the accolades of all the participants in this match, because we could go on for hours. We have major players involved that have already made waves in EWS, and verified superstars that have knocked it out of the park in other promotions making their EWS debut live on ppv! It’s very exciting, and also as a fan I am looking forward to watching this unique match concept unfold live. May the best man win! Calhoun: Yes, it’s going to be one hell of a match. With money and a championship involved, we could see almost anything happen as these men fight tooth and claw to be the first ever Sin City Champion. Now let’s move on to the final match… the EWS Superstar match. What we have here is another triple threat match, with another surprise entry! The Champion Tony Drake must defend against Aeolus Wrath and a mystery man. I for one am glad that Wrath is still in the mix for this… Drake and Wrath were the ones that faced off in the tournament finals to crown the first ever Superstar Champion, and Drake seemed to win via rather nefarious means. And what’s up with the third man? Excelsior: Ah yes, the third man… a little mystery never hurt anyone, right? Plus it’s been said this guy is a former World Champion in his own right. Rumors and speculation are running rampant. All I can say is… you will know when it’s match time. Tony Drake I’m sure will do everything in his power to hold onto his title… and Wrath is itching for one more chance to uncrown the king. And they both must watch out for the mystery man… who is definitely not some third-string chump. The anticipation, the level of intensity when this match hits… I mean look at me, I’m getting goosebumps right now just talking about it. And I do want to thoroughly apologize for selling this match short previously, with perceived lack of promotion. As the owner and a businessman sometimes you have to admit when you’re wrong… and I was certainly in the wrong for not selling the hell out of this main event. All I can say is, come bell time… the steak is going to be so good you’re going to forget about how much it sizzled prior. I am staking my reputation on that. The Triple Threat will be that good. Calhoun: Wow, strong words from the owner. Can’t wait to see what you’ve got in store for us! Simon, thank you for your time. EWS fans, we are t-minus seven days away from the first ever EWS ppv, Sin City Showdown. Are you as excited as I am? Feuds will culminate, belts will be defended, new champions will be crowned. This is EWS. This is Wrestling! Keith Calhoun signing off, thank you and good night! |
