Hey guys, this is just a small update. We’ve got a huge patch planned for around when the Harvest Festival event ends, or possibly sooner if that drags on for a lot longer than expected. Expect a lot of changes and new stuff around then, but right now we’d just like to push out some issues that were easier to solve. Multiple EFs We’ve already revised our notation for techniques that strike more than once, to reflect that they are only influenced one time by effects that change EF values. We’re also planning to buff hybrid-scaling techniques but this will be included in the big patch. Missions Mission rules have been updated. As AML suggested in the Feedback forum, we realized it would be best to impose a cap on how quickly characters can grow in power. Moving forward, you will only be allowed to claim a maximum of five missions per month, which will use your Claim Day as a basis. Also note that in order to receive rewards, you must claim missions within one week of their conclusion. This is to prevent members from amassing a “backlog” of missions to claim. With this limit in place, we’ve also decided to increase the limit of missions you can be in at once from two to three. The rules have been revised accordingly. Buffs/Debuffs In an earlier patch we revamped how status effects are classified, but there are several techniques and mechanics that we missed. For convenience and understandability, we’ve decided that all effects that must be tracked over multiple rounds should be notated as status effects, including buffs and debuffs to stats. Thus, from now on, buffs and debuffs that do not have their own unique status names will inflict the following. (Duration) Status - Buffed: Your [stat] is increased by [amount]. (Duration) Status - Debuffed: Your [stat] is decreased by [amount]. Note that this applies to buffs granted by consumable items as well. Upcoming patch Some things to watch out for in the coming patch.
