The tavern in Bowerstone was rather lively this night, patrons drinking several of them business owners. Games going on people singing, everything that made Bowerstone a great place to be. The door opened and a man walked in everyone turned to look at him, looked normal enough blonde hair blue eyes, few scars like normal people in Albion. He sat the bar "Beer" he said the bar tender came over to him and slid him a beer. The guy started drinking it looking around, he noticed someone in the corner they looked to be cowering from him.

"Tyler the Gamemaster" Drake said putting his beer down, "Ye...yes" Tyler said from the corner still slightly cowering in fear "Wo...would you care for a game sir?" he asked. Drake looked over at him "As a matter of fact I do" he said going over to the man and sitting down he looked at the guy who was still scared. "Why are you so scared?" Drake asked him as the man put the board on the table with the items "Mem...memory game?" Tyler asked still stumbling over his words.

Drake looked away smirking "Funny you would mention something about a memory game" Drake said to him "I need you to remember some stuff for me" Drake asked Tyler "Like what?" Tyler asked putting the items out, "Like" Drake started to say watching as Tyler covered the items and removed the cup revealing something extra on the table. "Like where you hid the money you stole from associate" Drake said pointing he item. Tyler took it away.

"I have no idea what you're talking about" Tyler said smirking "I also know a Hero like yourself would never do something stupid here, as long as these people are around here I am safe" Tyler said laughing some. Drake started to laugh with him "You act like I really care" Drake said flipping the table over he pulled out both his sword and stabbed them into the wall with Tyler's neck between the two blades, everyone in the bar all turned to look back at the situation between Drake and Tyler.

Tyler was sweating by this point "So you want to tell me where my gold is?" Drake asked him again.

"Hey buddy, let 'em go!" Called a tall, plump girl from a corner of the tavern, a sandwich still in hand, poised for eating.

Smasher hadn't been in Bowerstone long, brought there by the promise of more quests to be found and Dillion's urging. So far she'd enjoyed picking up a new, more protective studded leather top and a some steel covered boots, and was settling in for a night at Bowerstone Inn.

Until some jerk in a hood had to start heckling the game-guy and waving swords around.

The sandwich fell back to her plate and with a flourish Iris pointed her old, worn hammer at the troublemaker, stepping closer to the two men.

"Why don't you go find someone else to pick on?"

"Oh...oh...please don't kill me" Tyler said tears in his eyes at this point. "Then tell me where my money is and I won't have to!" Drake ordered him, the guy had swindled him out about 1000 gold on a crooked game a few days back and Drake had been looking for the guy ever since. He was going to get his money back or something of equal value. That's when he heard a voice talking to him, clearly it was a girl and turned to look at the lady with the hammer.

"A hero?" Drake asked, "A real hero" Tyler responded "Young lady if you help me out I will give you 1000 gold" Tyler said, Drake turned back to him "Did you just offer my money to her to kill me?!?" Drake questioned again, he looked at the girl "This doesn't concern you, this guy stole a lot of money from me, and I want it back and I want it back now!" he called out.

Suddenly several guards barged into the tavern and pointed their guns at Drake "The Hero known as Hood you are under arrest for...well for being in Bowerstone, come with us or we'll have to shoot you" They said, Drake sighed "You mean to tell me the mayor still isn't over that little broke into his house thing?" Drake questioned, he sighed and let go of the swords, he started to the put them away calmly.

Tyler let out a sigh of relief "Oh thank goods for the" Before he could finish speaking Drake hit him in the face with the handle of his pistol knocking Tyler out, he pulled his pistols out on the guards "Sorry boys, but I don't feel like going to jail tonight" Drake said smirking, he looked at the girl with the hammer, she would be a problem, or maybe she'd help him. After all he was a hero too, sort of.

Dillon had felt it as soon as the hooded man walked in. He didn't think they existed any more, seeing as how this far into the future it seemed the Heroes and it's guild were no more but sure enough, that same presence he'd felt when the guild was new tingled through the air.

He watched the initial exchange and did nothing. He merely examined the man, checking his gear and looking over all the straps until he spotted what he had felt. When Iris stood up and involve herself he said nothing, still looking the man over. When the guards came in and declared their intention to take the hooded man to jail Dillon spotted what he was looking for. The Seal.

He stood up quickly. So quickly that his chair fell backwards behind him. Lightning crackled at his fingertips and around his gauntlets. He bared his teeth and an inhuman growl escaped his throat. "Be gone lawmen. Your threats are empty. Those that stand before you are Heroes. You stand no chance." slamming his hand on their table and pulling it away to reveal his own Guild Seal.

"Dude, if you're going to start threatening game-guys in an Inn and wave your swords around like some punk, then it is my business." The girl shouted, hoisting up her hammer in both hands, poised to strike if the man gave her any other trouble, a grin from ear to ear. It'd been a while since she'd had a good fight, the bandits these days just didn't seem as tough as they used to since Dillion had started accompanying her. Plus, 1,000 gold could definitely help her get a few more spell books.

But just before the fun could start the guards blew in, demanding the Hood turn himself in.

"Wait wait wait... You're The Hood? As in the Hood that saved the Dweller Camp from bandits?" Brow furrowed as Drake prepared to take on the guards, tossing away the unconscious game-guy.

And thats when Dillion decided to do something strange. Standing up the Will-user growled deeply, shaking the small crowd that still lingered to watch the fight to their cores before fleeing and slapping a colorful insignia on the table. The Guild Seal of old. Oh dear.

"Dil... I know I haven't totally caught you up on stuff, but most people aren't really... fond of the old Guild." She whispered, awkwardly as the lightning sparkled across her companions gauntlets. "You're not gonna go Balv on these guys, are ya?"

Drake looked at the girl when she asked if he saved the Dweller's camp, that was years ago, but she looked like she was probably a kid when it happened. "Yes I am that hood, I am also the hood that is banned from Bowerstone" he told her, he looked over at the guy who stood up spouting stuff about the Heroes of old, when the girl warned him to stop Drake looked at him "She's right, people don't really like us anymore" Drake said the guards turned their guns on the other two as well.

"We don't take kindly to your kind around here" the guard said "You two leave immediately, Hood you are still under" before he could finish Drake let off a shot from his gun causing the guards to all drop to the floor. He smirked and grabbed the girl by the arm and ran over to her friend "Come on" he said to them using his own guild seal to teleport them out of the tavern, they didn't go too far just out into the street far enough that it would take some time for the guards to find them. Drake looked at the guy and girl letting them go "Sorry about that, but last thing the Guild needs is you going a rampage and murdering a bunch of guards" Drake said to the will user man.

"Drake" A voice called out Sara walked over to them she pulled off her hood "You freakin idiot, I told you to be discrete, not go in there and scare the little prick pissless" she growled hitting Drake in the head with her hand. She looked over at the girl, "And I see you found another one of us Dwellers" she said nodding to the young girl with the hammer. "I'm Sara, this one's handler" she said to Drake's two new companions.

"I don't care what people think of the old guild. The guards in this town should learn their place. They're foolish if they think they can simply arrest a Hero." Dillon said. As the guards turned their guns on Dillon and Iris he growled again and flexed his fingers. The electricity sparked between them.

Before he could take any action however the Hood did and teleported the three of them outside. Dillon had barely a spare second to snatch his own Seal off the table before they appeared again practically right next to where they had started, right outside the tavern. Dillon got his bearings quickly. He heard the footsteps of yet another person approaching and peppered himself for a fight but this one proved to be another friend of the Heroes.

"We should go back in there. We need not kill the guards, simply beating them senseless should teach them a lesson." Dillon said, letting the lighting in his hands dissipate into the air harmlessly. "People will continue to think they can walk all over the Heroes Guild if we let something as trifle as the city guard order us about."

"I like beating up Guards as much as the next person, but not in Bowerstone. This is one of the better protected cities in Albion. If you want to go beat up lawmen to prove a point, lets go to Brightwall." The girl grumbled as Sara appeared, bashing The Hood over his head with a laugh as she introduced herself to the group.

"By the old Kingdom, Sara! My older sister used to play with you when you were kids! Gods, I never thought I'd see you again, you're handling this idiot?" Smasher laughed, extending a hand.

"Iris, Iris Halgar. Though people have taken to calling me Smasher. Any friend of Sara's, stupid or not is a friend of mine."

Drake looked at the guy when he said people could not walk over the heroes like that "Where have you been the last 100 years under a rock?" Drake asked him, he pulled out his gun and showed it to Dillon "This gives them the right to walk over us now" He told the guy "Its called a gun, anyone can use it, Hero or not. And they did use it for what they called the great hero purge, and they aren't afraid to use them again" he told him. "Magic or not, you're not bullet proof so you should watch yourself buddy" Drake warned.

Sara looked at Isis "Ah yes I remember you" she said to the girl "How in the world did you end up here, with my idiot here" she said pointing to Drake. Drake looked at them "More importantly, we need to get the hell out of here before the trigger happy guards come back" he told them.

Drake looked at Isis and Dillon "I guess you guys can crash at our camp till tomorrow" he said to them "It isn't too far from here, its at the old Guild, no one goes there anymore...they all think its haunted" Drake said to them.

Dillon snapped his fingers and his skin and clothing began to glow with a faint blue impenetrable light. "Magic or not?" he asked. The physical shield had stopped arrows, lightning bolts, fireballs, sword swings and once even a boulder thrown by a rock troll. He didn't see how one of these tiny devices could overcome it.

His ears picked up sounds from within the tavern that suggested the guards were regrouping and getting ready to leave. Something in Dillon urged him to fight, to stand up to the guards and maybe even kill them. He repressed it through and stayed calm.

When the Hood suggested they go to their camp at the old guild, Dillion defused the shield around him and changed his tune. "That sounds splendid. It will be much easier to familiarize myself when i have some familiar surroundings." With his mind off fighting, his body lost it's tension and he relaxed. "Is the Cullis Gate there still functioning?"
