This is the area of the forum in which all contests are located for the forum. contests are something that happens only ether every few months, or monthly. When they end they end unlike events.

This area of the forum is where all forum-wide events are held, events are special things that are always active. Such things as advertisements or giftpacks that are monthly for those that are active on the forum.

This is the area of the forum that all forum-wide rules are located, such as stats, techniques, spells, and the like.

This is the area of the forum in which all templates for anything that may be needed is located. Such things as weapons, items, techniques, and thread grading requests.

Register you characters here, but take care to read the guidelines first and not to post your registration in any of the subforums. The exception to this ruling is Incomplete Registrations, if your character is not yet complete please post it there.

The only remaining Dwarven City, high in the mountains- surrounded by the Brecilian Forest on one side, it is now populated by all races seeking shelter from the Darkspawn- though primarily Dwarves still fill it's street's. It holds a population of Twelve-Thousand Dwarves, Six-Thousand Humans, and Four-Thousand Elves. One of the only remaining entrances into the ancient- and overrun Dwarven Thaig's, it is heavily enforced and holds a population of over Fifteen-Thousand warrior's, few have families and children making up the remaining five thousand.

The last city of the humans, Haven was the last place that the human's managed to flee too after Denerim fell- all other locations rapidly overwhelmed. However Haven, holding it's own natural defenses before they even fled to it- the remoteness, brutal environment and even more brutal wildlife, managed to stem the onslaught. It is the last Human City that stands, having expanded into the mountain's it rests on- as well as over the mountain itself for farms and larger walls, and defenses. It has a population of six-thousand Humans, one-thousand Dwarves, and less than five-hundred Elves. There are six-thousand warriors, leaving only a bit more than a thousand families and civilians.

The last remaining city of the elves, Arlathan is within the massive Arlathian forest- the forest itself acting as a natural barrier against the darkspawn, the tree's, plant life and animal's unable to be tainted. This is likely from the Elven ancestor's ancient, undiscovered magics. The city itself is built and added to the original ruins of their home- and is fairly new and still in-construction, however the ancient magics of the forest seem to make the animals less violent and the forest itself to sometimes become a maze to protect the residents. It cannot be relied on but assists in the protection of the city. It's population is currently eight-thousand elves, two-thousand humans, and one-thousand dwarves. It holds six-thousand warriors and five-thousand families and children.

Once known as "The Bannor" this once beautiful and deadly desert of golden and white sands, has transformed into something entirely different. Pitch black sands, with chunks of purple darkspawn spread- tunnels of natural flesh, tainted foliage (what little there is of it) and further darkness and general disgusting material fills the sands. The water is purple and undrinkable unless boiled long and hard, the animals exist but are corrupted and twisted versions of their previous forms. Only Darkspawn are a notable species here.

Once known as "The Hinterlands", this is the area is a neutral ground of hills, plains, and light forestry- tainted and corrupted but not nearly as bad as the Barrens. Likely thanks to the lingering effects from the edge of the Brecilian Forest. It is an odd mixture, though most creatures seem to be immune to the corruption- there are some still that linger. The lands are mostly uninhabited, though there are a few sparse unregistered species of intelligent life living within it as well- along its edge there stands the long-dead fortress of Ostagar.
