Factions with less influence over Empire State

District of Empire State where the scavengers known as the Yankies search through the rubble to find the lost prewar technology. Madhatton district consists of the island of Manhattan and the former borough, the Bronx.

Territory of the Daughters of Liberty that extends from where the Borough of the same name once resided but has grown east to consume all of Long island.

Largest neutral city in the Eastern Commonwealth. Brooklyn, located in the same place as the borough of the same name, was claimed neutral space by the three ruling bodies of Empire State. The arrangement was made to have a location where all three gangs could meet on equal footing and trade.

Island at the south of Empire State which has since become the territory of the Giants who its location to control all sea traffic coming and going through Empire State.
