1 baked Pie Shell
1 quart Berries (4 pints)
3/4 C. Water
1 C. Sugar
3 Tbsp Cornstarch
Slice of Lemon
1 C. Whipping Cream

Cover pie shell with all berries except 1 cup which will be used to make glaze.

Glaze: Boil 1 C. berries in 3/4C. water. Mash and thicken with cornstarch and sugar (mixed together first). When thickened add lemon juice. Cover fresh berries. Refrigerate.

When serving top with whipped cream.
