Funding New Clan Events

In this thread clan event organizers can request for funds for our future clan events. Clan council can also discuss here about the prizes for the events and set the sums, before they get announced in rs forum.

Every event funding must be confirmed from clan council first and also must be discussed on zeta before announced on rs forum.

The clan anniversary of our clan for being active for 4 years is due this weekend... I am thinking a drop party would be appropriate. What do you think about this idea and how much gps should we drop? I would like everyone to comment so we can decide fast.

sounds good, but an announcement should be made soon, since its Halloween this weekend and many may be busy with rl obligations or doing Halloween event in rs

Also i would like to suggest a gift of gratitude to any honorarily members who helped start fast effigy, it would be a nice gesture

After speaking with Jes, he said he still needs to add up a few sticky notes from various donations over the last while but he said he thinks we are in the range of 50 to 80m....however, those are funds that need to last us over the next year. That being said, while the 4 year anniversary is a big event, I feel that it might be just a bit high given the funds we currently have to work with (unless we really have closer to the 80m amount, then I dont really see a problem with doing 50m.

That being said....how do we feel about going for something more around 30m?

Knowing what are total funds are will help greatly with coming up with a budget but knowing that fact its 50-80m a 30m budget seems more reasonable
