^ Nope - I haven't even gone on the walkthrough of the second house yet, will probably do that this upcoming Friday, but by the drive-by it looks promising.
I assume you have had a walkthrough of the second house. How does it look compared to the first one?
SMALL! LOL Despite the 2nd house being a few square feet larger than the first. I was pretty much sold on the first house, cozy / close to kid's school and grocery store. Just gotta wait for the owner to get back to me on my offer. In the meantime, my apartment lease is up at the end of the month, Guess we'll be moving into my parents' house.
Good luck. Guess the owner is still currently living in the house? Any idea when you would be able to move in?

Yup. All I know is what I've been told which is 60-90 days after they accept the offer. So, it's likely it'll be after the New Year.

The World Series begins tomorrow. The Chicago Cubs have not won the Series since 1908 while the Cleveland Indians last won in 1948. Who do you want to win, Chicago or Cleveland?

Speaking of these two cities, two baseball movies featured these two cities and the teams involved in this year's Series. Which movie do you prefer, Rookie of the Year or Major League?

I'll probably work another 5 hours OT tomorrow; although I'm sure after 2 "easy" weeks our volume will rise next week in prep for the holidays meaning more 10+ hour days.

Germany announces ‘zero tolerance’ policy against creepy clowns ahead of Halloween

http://www.msn.com/en-ca/news/world/germany-announces-%e2%80%98zero-tolerance%e2%80%99-policy-against-creepy-clowns-ahead-of-halloween/ar-AAjAyqJ?li=AAggNb9&ocid=HPCDHP

More creepy clown news but now from Europe. After spreading in the U.S., sightings of have been on the rise in Europe, where the phenomenon is new. I wasn't sure if they celebrated Halloween there, but that is where it actually has its origins, and they do celebrate in their own unique way.
