^ We don't have anything like that here that I'm aware of but I've seen a "dinner & a movie" promotion offered by an eatery in which you get a special deal to see a movie at a theatre.
Here's something I found, by Family Video, which is the largest independent movie rental chain in America: PIZZA & A MOVIE. I haven't seen any restaurant that shows movies, unless you count snack bar items at the drive-in?

Anything but popcorn or chips. I don't know how popcorn became the "king" of movie theater snacks, it's one of the loudest snacks available. I'll have some Twizzlers or sour patch kids with a bottle of water or soda. I just cannot stand sitting in a packed theater auditorium where nearly everyone is crunching loudly on their popcorn, come on now doesn't anyone have any proper etiquette these days?

At home is the same thing, although many times due to time constraints I'll eat dinner (whatever I feel like having-pizza, burger, pasta, chicken, etc) in front of the TV with a movie playing.
