The Foreign Office Parliament, Acknowledges that NationStates has users whose primary language is not English; Understands that the primary national languages of both NationStates and the Foreign Office are English; Concerned that people who do not speak English may be excluded from the Foreign Office; Forsees that the accurate translation of Foreign Office legislation may not always be possible due to containing technical words; However seeks that, where possible, the translation of Foreign Office legislation is included in whichever languages are recognised on the Ensemble Charter. Establishes the aforementioned Ensemble Charter to serve as a record of languages spoken in the Foreign Office and as a registration form for potential translators. Mandates that only languages spoken in real life should be added to the Ensemble Charter. Edited by Jimbobfrey, Sep 25 2012, 03:56 PM.
