§ 1 Definitions 1. The Forum is the place where the official decisions of United Republic of Nations are made. 2. The Moderator has the power to close, delete, and move discussions and messages. 3. The Admin has the power to change Forum sections and members' rights of using the Forum, plus full Moderator powers. 4. Members are member states, or foreign states such as ambassadors, that use the Forum. § 2 The Moderation rights 1. The President is entitled to be the Moderator of all Forum sections. 2. The Minister of Culture is entitled to be the Moderator of at least the roleplay sections. 3. The Minister of Justice is entitled to be the Moderator of at least the legislative sections. 4. The President of the Supreme Court is entitled to be the Moderator of at least the Supreme Court section. 5. An Admin may give Moderator rights even to other members if the members are deemed to be responsible and trustworthy. § 3 The Admin rights and responsibilities 1. The President is entitled to be Admin. 2. The President of the Supreme Court is entitled to be Admin in order to carry out decisions of the Court. 3. An Admin may give Admin rights even to other members if the members are deemed to be responsible and trustworthy. 4. Any Admin is responsible for giving the rights defined in § 2 and § 3 when asked to do so. § 4 Abuse of rights 1. If a Moderator or an Admin uses their powers against the constitutional rights of the member states, e.g. restricts the freedom of expression, the Moderator or Admin shall be sentenced to banishment from URoN. 2. It is a crime to use Moderator or Admin powers against the best interests of the region, e.g. to re-arrange the sections of the Forum in a confusing way despite protests of members. 3. If a Moderator or an Admin repeatedly or gravely abuses their powers, their Moderator or Admin rights shall be taken away from them. § 5 Removal of rights 1. Taking away a member's Moderator or Admin rights without any acceptable reason is forbidden. 2. Acceptable reasons for taking away the rights include, but are not limited to, the following: i. The member has ceased to exist ii. The member has moved away from URoN iii. The member asks for their rights to be taken away, or agrees to such a suggestion iv. The member has been inactive for over a month v. The member has abused their rights by damaging the Forum or threatens to do so vi. The member no longer holds the office that entitled them to the rights. 3. The removal of rights can always be challenged in court, unless the removal was ordered by the court in the first place. 4. The court can decide to restore a member's rights if it is of common benefit, even if there was an acceptable reason for taking them away. Edited by Marginia, Apr 11 2013, 03:10 PM.

Done, and I added clause 4. which notes that the rights can be given back even if there was an acceptable reason for removing them. |
