Rather than 50% of populous, make it 50% of citizens; it could cause problems if we use everyone in the region, especially if the populous is inactive on the forums.

Line of Succession Article twelve: The Line of Succession from the President is as follows: Vice-President Chief Justice Secretary of Defense Secretary of the Interior Secretary of State Secretary of Culture The Cabinet Article 13: The Cabinet shall consist of six officials: the President, Vice-President, Secretary of Defense, Secretary of the Interior, Secretary of State and Secretary of Culture. Article fourteen: In the execution of Government, on the behalf of the citizens of Fremont, the President shall have authority and responsibility to appoint Secretaries to a Cabinet, whose responsibility shall be to maintain the effective function of Government. Each Secretary shall be assigned to a Ministry, which shall be defined through their Cabinet position, for example, the Secretary of the Interior shall oversee the Interior Ministry, and so forth. Article fifteen: These Cabinet Secretaries may create procedures exclusive to their respective Ministries. The first part looks great! ![]() Yes I used the Mazerian one as a template for the above. How much do we want in the constitution? I think stuff like Legislative, Judicial and Cabinet Authorities should be left out as they can be included in Standing Orders which can be posted in their specific forums. |

In the Mazerian Constitution, I personally think it is too long. Perhaps we could use a current constitution as a draft? In regards to what I said about the different authorities, in some regions, there are standing orders (e.g. in Albion there are Standing orders) where it lists the powers, roles, etc. of a certain group / job. E.g. the Judicial Government would have a Standing orders pinned in their forums which will inform ppl about what the Judicial Government can, has to and is not able to do. |
