Ask away! Some quick facts:

-Vitius is Turkish and Islamic in the north, especially in the northeast. In the south, many follow Catholicism (think: Eastern Orthodox). While a civil war some decades before destroyed much of Vitius and its infrastructure, the country has been booming since, fueled by its previously held-down industry and intellectual groups. The Turkish areas have been the primary recipients of the new wealth, with the added assistance of Fujori's proximity and its economic aura. This has caused some animosity in the south, as the civil war between the Muslims and the Catholics is still fresh in many hearts and because the Catholics think that the north has been cheating the south out of due riches. The south is very, very agrarian based.

-Vitius is full of mountains and hills in the south, while plains and some hills are existent in the north.

-Before a violent dictatorship, Vitius was ruled by a long-lasting monarchy that was eventually brought down by some form of foreign intervention. The current government is making moves to form Vitius into a more-socialist state, with communes, for example, being quickly formed the south to pay farming families and subsidize the growing (yet still inexpensive) food costs in the country. '

-Both healthcare and education are free in the country. This, however, comes at a cost: since the subsidies, tax rates have elevated and the quality of each has decreased. The country is facing an ever-growing dilemma in which a small number of elite hospitals and universities are growing in quality compared to a large number of hospitals and universities that are decreasing in quality. While hospitals, contrary to universities, aren't permitted to deny healthcare to Vitian citizens, many are finding ways to bypass the system, by instituting (for example) clubs for paying members that have quick access to medical care and treatment.

-Vitius is led by a Minister, whom executes the laws, and a Council, which legislates the laws. The fifty-member Council is led by the Elder, whom is also the representative of the majority party. Typically, the leader of a party (elected by the party delegation) represents the highest role in government that the party can achieve. The Nationalist Party, currently holding the Council and the Ministry, is the largest party in Vitius and has a (obviously) socialist agenda. About four other major parties are represented in government.

Now that Armandia is primarily a socialist state, what is the diplomatic status between our nations?

Historically, what interactions (cultural, trade, diplomatic) have existed between us?

Currently, what would you be pursuing in our relationship?
