Ebullient Future Posts: 9,782 Group: Veteran Member #3 Joined: May 16, 2005	I generally prefer working with 400 x 100. 400 x 150 and 350 x 100 are decent enough as well. It really is just a preference choice. The dimensions for that last banner you made are 300 x 125, which is ok, but just gives me a rather "box" or square-like feeling.

BTW, it's a little harder to get at in GIMP but in layer control change your text to white>overlay then duplicate until it's visable enough to read, and if possible add outer shadow or whatever it is. >_< Just try it, see if you like it.
