I don't see the point, they can't catch you, and the chances of someone actually knowing about the law, or caring about it is pretty low. ._.; |

Yes they can.
Want to know who will know? The elite. And they can use it to their advantage. n00bs won't know. Normal people won't. Only people who are REALLY hardcore. Besides, the fact that you are even arguing the point shows that people will know. |

They could. What they do, is your ISP assigns your IP address, and assigns it with your MAC address. If something is reported to the ISP with a valid IP, what they do is look up the IP, and look up the MAC associated with said MAC. That's how they could nail you like that. How often that happens, however, is what is debatable; most ISPs only really care about massive spam, trojans, and child porn. What you COULD do is use a MAC spoofer, but make ABSOLUTELY sure that there's no similarities; for instance, if you change your MAC when you change your IP, make sure the old IP doesn't have the new MAC, and vice versa. |

I'd like to know how they are going to define annoying. Where exactly do you draw the line? And aren't there hackers good enough to take complete control of the average person's computer? If so, wouldn't it be really easy to frame somebody? |

Yes. It would be easy in terms of knowing internet activities, addresses and certain areas that the person lives in. No. I do not approve of these illogical supposed ideas considering the fact it contains no substance worthy enough to even bother with. How on earth does useless text even come into mind as being a threat to our society? I have no fucking clue. Due to the major advances that we have made in life with technologies and such have caused speculation around many individuals whom live within the United States of America. However, this idea can/may be applied to many other people who were made or studied and desired to know these kinds of things. I think that it possibly could be a way to raise more interest into the eyes of us as simply portrayed and commonly known beings who are stumped compared to the aspiring intellectuals whom crush our characteristics and motives alike. They have no remorse to give to wanting people and they never will. That is just how the ball rolls with the government. You will never know enough to know. |
