Yeah, it was quite bad, sorry. What if a new job was started for people to look at what someone did and see if they are guilty (Trained jury) |

You mean, you know, our justice system? And you know, if the crime is henious enough, judges can DENY bail. So that kinda already happens. |

<3 Thanks, love. Because if we had trained jury, it would undermine the whole process of our judicial system that is to allow normal, unbiased people to give their opinions on the case. |

How can someone even argue about this. Move to canada or somthing, seriously. o_o Think about it, there are more pros then cons. Pros:Goverment makes money so that they can actually afford to keep these people in jail, and innocent person won't be jailed, and it's simply part of the United States constitution which should be reason enough. Cons:Criminal could strike again. But honestly, who is that stupid to do it again. o_o; |

If you so much as sneeze wrong when you're out on bail, you're completely fucked. So I don't see what the big issue is. If the crime is something like murder, you can't get out on bail. If it's something like not paying a few traffic tickets or child support, then bail is fine. It gives our government some extra money at the expense of morons, at least. |

To clear things up: Judges decide the bail. If your accused of something bad, the bail goes up, and can be denied. We do have people who look at, and try to decide if someone is guilty or not. Actually, alot of people. The people who do most of the looking are called "Police" and "Prosecutor". The people who do most of the deciding are called "The Jury." |

AND, if a person is proved not guilty, they get their money back. Someone tell me how this can't work out? |
