T.V. in your eye.; Would you buy it?

You know how your t.v. at home just isn't good enough anymore. No, you need a High Defination t.v. Get LCD or Plamsa. Well you may wonder, what can top this? Well, I read an article that scientists are woking on a t.v. that is somehow on your eye, and the image you want to watch (let's say sports center) will appear where you visualize. That's right. A t.v. in your eye. As if ADD for people isn't enough of a problem. Would you get this? How do you think it would work? Surgery??? <_<

If they get it right, wouldn't it be somewhat like contacts? If so, doesn't seem like much of a problem unless you... I don't know... all of the sudden need to look at something in real life. x-x;
