It's part of Wii Sports... which, like I said before, the point is to get casuals interested because they can play it with other people and have fun. So yeah, Wii Boxing is a family game. |

Trauma II sounds good. Can't wait for the Wii, but I have way to many things to buy/rent to worry about it, at the moment. |

boxing happens between two people at a time so fine, the most if you really care about getting the most out of wii sports is one additional complete controller. The rest can be just wiimotes that people bring over (or family members get for themselves to customize) |

If I go to anothers house for the sole reason to play video games (its happend maybe once in my life), they damn well better have all that we need to play it with. |

Why would Nintendo want to make less money than it could? First, the only people who know they want the Wii right now are relatively serious gamers. They would not be looking up Wii information if they were not interested in purchasing it. Second, the casual gamers and people that are not gamers currently, but are interested in getting a console, will simply look at the price when it comes down to the PS3 and Wii. The Wii is half the price of a PS3. Between the 360 and the Wii, the 360 is really built more for serious gamers. Look at the 360 games, many of them are more maturer games like Halo 2. The Wii games that are coming out are built for more casual gamers both young and old. |

Serious gamers don't just play "mature" games. I've been a gamer all my life and even compete, yet I highly favour Nintendo games like SSBM, F-Zero, Zelda, and Mario. |

It's just marketing standards that when a product launches, you want the LOWEST price possible, especially in the video gaming industry, even if it means taking a loss... because that means more launch systems will sell, which means more games wills sell right away, which means they will get more developer support, which means they'll get more games, which means they'll sell more systems, therefore making more money later. o_o; |

Taking a loss in order to gain later adds up to net nothing. So you are taking a risk for nothing. Nintendo isn't losing to gain, its just gaining to begin with. It's just a superior strategy. |

And they said that the Sony people were full of themselves. As for only serious gamers playing games like Halo...its just about the polar opposite of that. |

F-Zero is not a kiddy game. That game is one probably the most difficult game I've ever played. But still awesome. |

$250 is entirely too expensive. $60 controllers!?! Say goodbye to any hopes of attracting casual gamers Nintendo. |

It's not a mature game, either. F-Zero is difficult? I can easily win in even the highest difficulties on the hardest courses with the Golden Fox, and that car is only mid-tier. >_>; Most people seem to struggle with this game, but I don't get why. Of course, I've been using the Golden Fox since F-Zero was new-gen on the SNES... |

^ Ditto. I'm sure they don't really have to make the controllers THAT expensive... |
