nice link, but i already know pretty much all of them

What's your Smashboards name, what's the last tournament you attended, and do you have any vids?

Why do you need those in order to know the moves? I knew most of them, and I haven't attended any tournaments, nor do I have any vids. Just browse smashboards for about 20 minutes and you'll know most of it.

Because there's a massive difference between knowing the techniques and knowing the techniques.

In order to know the techniques, you need to learn how to utilize them in tournament play, or at least higher level casual playing.

You can know how to wavedash and have no idea how to use it. I was at that stage before. Can you use wavedashing for wavedash dancing mindgames properly? Do you have the technical skill to use it for some chaingrabs? Can you use it for quick edgehogs? How about using it for stuff like Fox's waveshine?

That's just the wavedash, too. Everything but the L-cancel has a lot of application knowledge needed to be used properly.

He never said he knew how to use them in a tournament setting, so I still don't understand why he would need to compete in tourneys or have vids.

Because knowing how to wavedash doesn't mean you know how to wavedash.

The point of this thread wasn't for people that think they're good to come in and go "yah i already kno all that stuff."

Lots of people know about that stuff. Soja knew about wavedashing and told me he could do it. But when I played him, he was inconsistent with it and didn't know how to use properly...and he even uses Marth. (no offense, Ivan, just using you as an example)

The point of the thread was for people to know exactly how to do all that stuff and then actually apply it in matches, tourny or not.

Nobody is saying they are better than you, Inui. If you are half as good as you talk, nobody on FEF can beat you, not that I doubt you are as good as you say.

Now that it is established you are the best, stop being so condescending. Instead of trying to make others feel lowly, try helping them or telling them what they can do to get the next level or something other than "lol you suck compared to me".

Saying that does absolutely no good. You are not being mean with the literal meaning, but your tone is definately condescending.
