Have you actually tried animating those sprite sheets? I'm interested in how they turn out. =3

Cool stuff, keep it up. I'd love to see more. ^^

This is where the pages start to turn

I'm not a good critic of battle sprites. The mugs are all pretty good though. The only thing I notice at a glance is the first one, which doesn't seem to match properly. The collar, the body/chest look too big for the body. If you were to move the head to the left a bit, it probably wouldn't have that effect, or at least to such a degree.

Not bad, only I don't see why you'd use Pent's head on that one mug.... I've always thought his eyes were kind of deformed (I know I'm gonna get a lot of flak for saying that but what the heck it's true).

Resident Brit

On the Archer + Gwyllgi, when the Archer in in the air he shouldn't just looking like he's standing on a platform. he should be moving, twisting, etc. Something like that.

Also, on the Merc + Shield one, the shield doesn't blur when the Merc moves upwards, which is what it should do. This alone would probably make it look prety crappy were you to animate it. =/

The Berserker/Pirate is fairly simple, but you did a pretty good job.

First mug is okay. I'm backing up Gale.

The second, to me seems too busy. The ponytail shouldn't really be visible at that angle and even if it were, his hair would be tied up into the ponytail and not flicking outwards. See Forde and then look at Raven. See the difference in how the hair ends? The feather also seems slightly out of place.

Third mug is fairly simple. Colours clash a bit (green + that pink = eww) but it's prety okay. Head might want to be moved down a pixel or two, though.

The fourth isn't so great. The shading of the hair needs to be more prominent, and the hair isn't shaded into the clothing. Or it doesn't look like it. Gah, I'm not making much sense, I'm sorry >.<

Full body isn't bad, might want to move the head a pixel or two left and fix the hand, though.

Map is good apart from the huge frickin' detour.

Most recent mug is good. More shading where the hair and face meet is needed. Pretty good otherwise. Grey clothing underneath looks pretty messed up though.
