Jaffar comes lategame. How many things you steal lategame compared to earlygame and midgame? Like one or two things. If not, less overall. Of course he doesn't land a spot on a combat team. Neither do Legault or Matthew. I just use him lategame cause he can lockpick, and he can fight when needed or wanted. It's HHM Ranked; sometimes you don't one round opponents even if you steal for funds just to use expensive weapons. I don't see Legault finishing or damaging guys with 12 strength. |

I specifically remember a Blue Gem and a Guiding Ring in NoF and CoD. I’m sure there are others. “How much” there is to steal is irrelevant; the fact is that there are things worth stealing, Matt and Legault can steal them, and Jaffar can’t.
So you agree that he doesn’t land a spot on a combat team, but then you say you’re using him over the Thieves because he fights better? I see. :richie: |

Reikken: I'm halfway through reading it, but it's so bad; I can't finish. --- Inui: You say Ilia holds more weight, but I don't, since Shin >>> Pegs and Sacae is more fun due to enemies that aren't fail and not having to move through forests all day. --- SACAE. It's more fun than Ilia. | |

Ayanami, growths are numbers, not letters. Louise:
Wil:
Rebecca:
And try to use periods in your sentences. Louise is better than Rebecca and Wil, because neither of them are worth taking the time to train up. Louise comes with already decent stats, and A support with Pent. If anything, Louise>Wil and Rebecca because of bases and support utility for Pent. |

Rebecca can easily claim "Support utility" as well. Raven, Lowen and Sain will all welcome her as a Support partner. Anyway, you're right, Wil and Rebecca generally aren't worth using. The same is true of Louise. So the question is, in the event that you do choose to use them despite the fact that they're bad units, who's better? And the answer is: Wil & Rebecca. |

Well, I'm just going to say that the only unit I've been capable of killing Limstella with was Jaffar. His OHKO is useful even if it isn't common.

Raven, Lowen and Sain could support with other people, however. Lowen has Marcus, Eliwood, or Harken. Raven has Lucius, and Priscilla. Sain has Kent, and Serra. So Rebecca may have support partners, those other characters would probably rather have other people. However, Louise is locked into A support with Pent. If you don't use her, Pent has wasted support. You can simply choose not to support Wil or Rebecca, and be fine. Not so much with Louise. |

If they were extremely close, that fact might push Louise over them, though it could also be seen as a disadvantage. But that's definitely not enough. |

Um, no, Rebecca is one of the top two options for each unit. Fire is an excellent Affinity and Rebecca joins early. That was my point.
You make it sound like things won’t be fine if Pent isn’t getting Louise Support, and that’s clearly not the case. What Reikken said. |

Hawkeye, Louise, and Jaffar are way too good for low tier. They don't compare to top tier units, but they'd RAPE any of the other low tiers in an actual debate. Kind of like Ganondorf, a character that sucks balls vs top tiers but rapes low tiers harder than Sheik does. Farina...maybe. Her statistics and supports are a little too good, though. |

Wil and Rebecca are already beating down Louise, and Bartre/Dorcas are doing the same to Hawkeye. Jaffar has no practical use in the first place. |

The problem is getting Bartre better than Hawkeye and Rebecca better than Louise. They needed babying in NM, so they need more in HM. Louise comes with a Silver Bow and A Pent; Hawkeye with a Killer Axe, so there's no problem when they come. |

But you don't have Louise for most of the game. Atleast Wil....and Becca can be used throughout the whole game (ok mostly Wil). He has plenty of support partners, will have monsterous Strngth for an Archer/Sniper and lets not forget how sturdy he is. And don't act like using the Balistae for early game isn't useful at all. |

Bartre training you have a point on, even moreso on HM, but Will and Becca (Mostly Wil cuz of Lyn's Mode trainability) dont have that big a problem with getting trained. Becca moreso then Will, who has, well, no real trainability problems at all. |

How? She has to take most last hits and barely does damage with 4 strength. Her bases are crap. Even with high growths, she doesn't improve like guys like Eliwood, who need it more. |

Rebecca is not all that hard to train even with that. And the stat difference when she is trained up, especially with supports (Fire Affinity for more Atk, fwee), makes her much more usefull then Louise, who'se only real use is giving Pent that A. |
