I'm going to see it for the 5th time this weekend I think. After that I'll take a break until it comes out on DVD, unless somebody is willing to pay for me to go again.

LOL I saw it 4 times, also. I'm not admitting that IRL, it's just that anytime anyone asked me to see it, I said "Yeah, I really want to see it", even when I'd seen it already. My possible theory for Harley Quinn is that she'll only be in a movie if they bring back The Joker. I'm definitely looking wayyyy too far ahead, but I don't see her fitting in the next movie as a villain. I do see her fitting in as a psychiatrist at Arkham Asylum who plays a minor role. Maybe towards the end, there'd be a scene where The Joker completely twists her to his side, thus allowing him to break out. Cue the 4th Nolan movie with The Joker back as villain. Will this happen? Probably not. But it would work. Poison Ivy is too outrageous, IMO. The only realistic spin I can think of is a villain who primarily uses different types of poisons and toxins as weapons. That's realistic, but that's pretty much the route they went with Scarecrow, since they couldn't, you know, have an actual scarecrow be in a movie. |

![]() My friend and I concluded indefinitely that the Penguin will be the next villain. My main reasoning is that he fits in well with the newer, more realistic Batman series. A character that is running for mayor would do well when this movie was all about the mob and the District Attorney. |

Not even in the animated series was he literally a penguin >_> I see him fitting the role well. The only thing that worries me is that he's not exactly an exciting villain. Whenever used in Batman he's usually doing something that's less than mildly entertaining or is paired with another villain. I think, though, they will not focus on the villain as much as Batman regaining his image/being on the run. With the Joker gone I think their idea of an exciting third movie was nerfed. |
