Getting more out of my game

I was having issues with Oblivion before. I wasn't too sure how to fix it. I got a brand spanken new graphics card and it did poorly. I was wondering why. Now I figured it out...

If I run the game on a lower resolution, it runs great. It just doesn't like it when I run it on giant, wide screen mode. <<; I didn't realize that was a trick to getting more performance. It usually isn't the first thought that comes to mind.

BOOM! Headshot. :3

Yeah, I had a little trouble with it, too, but I eventually gave up Oblivion, anyway. Not my style. :V

Naw, it was more the playstyle. I guess I'm not much of a first person guy. XP

You could've made it third person.

I thought you'd have known that, Blank. D: It was one of the first things I learned as a kid playing CS/DoD when I was 9.

I've failed to come up with something witty, so I hope you will enjoy this filler text instead.

Oblivion is fucking boring, you say there's variety but the quests are so similar just because they're spread over a vast world that doesn't make them any more interesting, also the combat is the biggest fucking drag ever, the old NES Dragon Warrior games were on that level. Also the main character is a mute faggot without personality and you feel absolutely no drive to finish the quest.

Also (again) it has the worst leveling up system ever, way to disguise a shitty grindfest as something else faggots, what's wrong with just leveling up normally like in the old days?

Really? That isn't the advice most of my gamer friends suggest. Most of the time it's something to do with having too high of settings else where.

I don't think Oblivion is fantastic, but I do enjoy being able to run around and do whatever I want.
