Yeah the load times are indeed terrible, but the PS3 port makes up for it by giving you a training area to practice on while it's loading, and that's pretty useful since it gives you a list of the combos. Unproven speculation or not, I think it would be plausible for Sega to make a patch considering how much attention the port is getting right now. Not sure if those two e-mails were fake, but you can always hope. |

What I don't understand is why didn't they just include a data-download option like games like Valkyria Chronicles does. You should pick that up btw, but you probably saw that on ANWO already |

Data-download? I was thinking of picking up VC, but I never really read into it too much. Is it really that good? |

I heard about the PS3 version being worse than the 360 version. If you're into SRPGs then VC is definitely worth picking up, I found it very enjoyable it has a good mix of strategy and 3PS. |

Yeah, it's something some games have, you can download some data (several gigabytes usually) and it significantly reduces the load times in the game. In some games, like RE5, it's even obligatory. It would solve Bayonetta's load-problems in a flash. And I liked VC a lot, it's not the best SRPG ever or anything, but it's very original and fun. It's also pretty rare by now, I think. |

Yeah, I didn't think that it was that rare I got it fairly recently without too much trouble. I'd agree with it being good because it's original also the graphics are in a style that's not very widely used which is nice. |

It pretty rare here. I've yet to find it at my local game stores (lol same for fe10) those load times are redonculous btw. I get annoyed even by the dragon age load times lol. There was one game I have that has loading times that annoy me so much I try to avoid menus and stuff as much as I can but the name escapes me. It's on the 360 though |

No that's not it but going to the second floor of your ship was annoying as hell.oh fable 2! That was fucking annoying. I could make a sandwhich during the loading times when you go to a new town. Liked the waiting music though |

Don't remember where I heard it, but Bayonetta's Easy Automatic rip-off was supposed to be so intuitive that you could play one-handed. 'If you know what we mean.' I lol'd so hard. It looks okay, but from the videos I've seen, I dunno if it's up my alley. It's hard to tell what's going on half the time (what with giant demons standing between the camera and the witch) and the dark sets with fit-inducing spark effects isn't really my thing. Can't really make a call until I've had it in my hands, though. Might work as a good DMC5 placebo :V Edited by Myke, Jan 13 2010, 01:55 AM.

saw the commercial for it. Really didn't do it any justice but it's weird how many game commercials there are now... |
