WTF are you talking about. There were shinies in the old Gold and if anything shinies are probably a little bit more common in HG/SS

Or, Adam, you could quit yer bitching and go to the Goldenrod Department Store and get a Blizzard TM. That, plus Leppa Berries, and you really should not have a problem with Ice-type moves. If you want to sacrifice power for accuracy, you could grind coins for the Ice Beam TM at the Game Corner.
I already tried that.

EDIT: I JUST BEAT HIM FUCK YEAH :DDDDDDDDDD

I noticed that I had the Dragon Pulse TM and that Lucario could learn it. Raped his shit I did.

Typhlosion: lvl 45
Ampharos: lvl 45
Gardevoir: lvl 44
Skarmory: lvl 42
Lucario: lvl 42

You shouldn't have given Lucario the TM. He learns Dragon Pulse naturally. Only non-Dragon to do so if I recall correctly...

That's not until lvl 47. No other pokemon could use it, and I seriously needed it so I didn't have to grind.

Also, Pidgey family, Horsea family, Onix family, Charmander family, Milotic, Kangaskhan, Lugia, Gyarados, and Swablu

only a fool would waste a TM that rare on a Pokemon that already learns it. :\

In the grand scheme of things, 47 is not that far a level.

If you want to go back to Johto, you can just fly to Indigo Plateau and then fly to Johto.

...when the only place that gives any decent amount of EXP is the Elite 4 by this point, it is that far of a level.

Also, I get to fix the Power Plant after I beat Sabrina, right?

I dunno, I thought that it will work no matter where you get it as long as you have one.

It's okay, I got a dude from GameFAQS to give me one. But now Rayquaza isn't being cooperative in the whole "capturing" process...

That's why I find it useful to have a catching pokemon. Generally a smeargle with False Swipe, Mean Look/Spider Web/Block and a Sleep inducing move (Spore is best, since it can't miss). It takes some work but it makes catching pokemon a breeze.
