Yeah, what the title says. I'm sure most of you don't even know what Falcom is because you're savages who can't appreciate quality and just play Halo and Killzo- wait, I play Killzone too, nevermind then. But seriously, Falcom's pretty obscure and niche and has more of a cult following than anything. If you know them, it's probably thanks to the Ys series. But that's okay, because there are Ys games being localized as well. I don't really expect more than one or two people to care, if that, but whatever http://www.rpgamer.com/features/2010/xseedfalcomint.html |

i've noticed a lot of XSEED titles for the PSP and DS and figured they were gonna be up and coming to compete with Nippon Ichi and Atlus in the obscure animu RPG market. i might gank my brother's PSP for Ys Chronicles I&II |

XSEED and Atlus are often compared, but Nippon Ichi focuses more on super grind-heavy stuff (i.e. the shitty stuff) and Gust RPGs. You should check out the other Ys games too if you have a PSP handy, I played Oath in Felghana on the PC and it was really good. |

Yeah, Ys I & II Chronicles is basically a much better looking and sounding version of the turbografx version. Oath in Felghana and Ys Seven don't play like that at all, but they're still good. |

I've seen it pop up in search results on amazon several times, but I think the new rpg I get for the ds will be suikoden or luminous arc 2 since I liked the first one |

The DS version of Ys isn't made by Falcom, and that shows, because it kinda blows.
