Final Fantasy 4: The After Years

There is a light that never goes out...

Well I happened to discover the existence of this by chance:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Final_Fantasy_IV:_The_After_Years

Apparently its a Final Fantasy 4 sequel. It was originally released on the Cell Phone, and then was released as WiiWare. It was released in North America as WiiWare.

So, since FF4 is like one of my favorite games of All Time, I got some questions:

1.) Does "released in North America"=translated in English? I assume it is.
2.) ...Uhhhh I don't know how I'm able to ask "Is it possible to get a ROM and play this game on an emulator" without breaking forum rules. Yeah.

MUST. PLAY. FF4. SEQUEL.

I've failed to come up with something witty, so I hope you will enjoy this filler text instead.

It's released in English as a Wiiware title. Good luck playing that on your PC.

Wiiware games are typically cheap.

Yeah but getting my Wii repaired isn't cheap.

Zidane was always entitled to 12 MOV!

It was released in several parts the summer of last year (on different weeks). You play the storyline of various characters (such as Rydia and Yang) and have tons of party members that weren't in the original game.
Final story wraps up the overall plot and has all of the characters come together. But I don't want to spoil any details.

It's actually a good play. Worth your money. I enjoyed it~
