Just came to me at work last night . You know the wrist-bands they had at Scone Palace ? i was wondering if anyone still has theirs , or is still wearing theirs.. The one with "Sconestone.com" on one side and "On a Journeyof Kindness" on the other side . And it glows in the dark ..Well i'll tell you a quick story . was in my pub at home (Scotland) before i came home here , and i noticed my mate with one on . He was at the gig as well . never knew he liked Runrig , he and his wife have loved them for years , never told me the , tart that he is .
Back to the wrist-band , anyone else got theirs ?
I noticed last night , i've never taken mine of since i bought it .
Wheres yours ?

Mine is still on my wrist too! I had to take it off when I was having my operation, but apart from that, it has been on since Scone Palace. It is still very, very bright in the dark, and has actually spooked me on more than one occasion!!

The creator of the Sconestone, Warren, is one of my FB friends. We blether quite a bit, he is a lovely, lovely man and the journey of the stone is great to watch.

My wristband is worn with pride and reminds me of a great day, and also reminds me of the new faces I met and had a laugh with. :D

I've still got mine - itself an act of kindness from the good friend who bought it for me flors - although I do only tend to wear it whenever I go out as having a very small wrist it'd catch on things if I was to wear it all the time pottering about the house and garden and I don't want it to get broken. If the band had been smaller or my wrist bigger so it was a tighter fit then I'd be wearing it all the time. I regularly look at the Sconestone website to keep up with the stone's journey. B)

Similary to puffin - can't wear it all the time as it flops around, but wear it sometimes at w/e and otherwise have it in my bedroom on the dresser and it glows happily in the dark.

It has very happy memories for me, and it's nice to think of the chain of good that the Sconestone itself is doing. :D

I agree with RC, I really took to Warren - a very genuine guy, lovely to talk to. I went back several times for a chat at Scone, usually dragging more Riggies with me! :P
